集烟罩形式对厨房排烟的影响

【摘要】:针对民居厨房常用的欧式顶吸式吸油烟机,本文选取了两种集烟罩形式不同的吸油烟机,分别建立了计算几何模型进行研究。用数值模拟的方法分析了两种不同集烟罩,在四种风量下,对厨房排烟效果的影响,并比较了相同风量下的排烟效率。计算结果表明,达到排烟要求,蝶型导烟板集烟罩所需的最小风量为8.5 m~3/min,平板型导烟板集烟罩所需最小风量为10 m~3/min。再通过比较相同风量下的排烟效率,确定集烟罩导烟板为蝶型的吸油烟机的排烟效果相对较佳。
[Abstract]:In view of the common European type top suction smoke absorber, this paper selects two kinds of smoke absorbers with different types of hood. The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the effect of two different types of smoke collection cover on the kitchen smoke exhaust effect under four kinds of air volume. The efficiency of exhaust smoke under the same air volume was compared. The calculated results showed that the minimum air volume required for the butterfly type smoke guide plate collecting cover was 8.5 mm3 / min. The minimum air volume required for the flat type smoke guide plate collecting hood is 10 m / 3 / min. By comparing the exhaust efficiency under the same air volume, it is determined that the smoke exhaust effect of the smoke absorber with butterfly type smoke guide plate is relatively good.
