【摘要】：正本刊2016年第8期焦点论坛"论土骨架与渗透力"~([1])一文(以下简称原文)与2003年第6期焦点论坛"莫把虚构当真实"~([2])都讨论了"渗透力",不同的是这次焦点论坛很重视"渗透力"而不是反对。论文开始第一句"土力学中土骨架与渗透力是很重要的概念",而且下了定义"土骨架受到水流的推力与拖曳力称为渗透力"。比以前焦点论坛定义渗透力只是作用在土骨架颗粒上的切向力提高了认识。不过仍然只是土力学的
[Abstract]:The eighth issue of the focus Forum on soil Skeleton and permeability ([1]) on 2016 and the sixth issue of focus Forum on 2003, "Don't regard fiction as true" discussed "permeability". The difference is that the focus forum is this one. Emphasis is placed on "permeability" rather than opposition.
