城市轨道交通深基坑周边建筑物安全评判方法

【摘要】：根据以往研究成果以及宁波市轨道交通1、2号线已建地铁车站深基坑及周边建筑物变形的监测数据,认为建筑物与基坑之间的距离以及建筑物抵抗变形的能力是影响基坑外建筑物安全的主要因素。提出了城市轨道交通深基坑周边建筑物安全的评判方法。与风险评估方法不同,该方法更侧重于对基坑外建筑物安全的评估,评判结果更为严格与合理,可为邻近轨道交通深基坑的建筑物保护提供参考。
[Abstract]:According to previous research results and the monitoring data of Ningbo Rail Transit Line No. 1,2 built subway station deep foundation pit and surrounding buildings deformation, that distance between the building and the foundation of the building and the ability of resisting deformation are the main factors affecting the safety of foundation pit buildings. A method for evaluating the safety of city rail traffic and surrounding buildings in deep foundation pit. Different risk assessment methods, the evaluation method is more focused on the safety of the building of the foundation pit, the evaluation result is more rigorous and reasonable, which can provide reference for protection of buildings close to rail transportation deep foundation excavations.
