钢管密封条件下碱矿渣混凝土温度场研究

【摘要】:以硫铝酸钙氧化钙类膨胀剂作为掺合料,制作两组钢管碱矿渣混凝土试件,膨胀剂掺量分别为0、6%,开展钢管密封条件下碱矿渣混凝土温度场试验研究,并在试验的基础上运用已有水化热数值分析模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对碱矿渣混凝土在密封条件下的温度场进行数值模拟分析,结果表明:密封条件下,碱矿渣混凝土温度场分布呈现由内向外降低的趋势,膨胀剂的掺入使峰值温度出现的时间提前,且提高了碱矿渣混凝土的核心区温度。温度场数值模拟结果与试验结果相吻合,从数据分析结果来看,评价碱矿渣混凝土的水化热应当采用指数型和双曲线型模型,掺入膨胀剂后则应采用复合指数型模型进行评价。不掺膨胀剂的钢管碱矿渣混凝土在界面区域因温度梯度影响容易形成脱粘空隙。
[Abstract]:Using calcium sulphoaluminate oxide type expansion agent as admixture, two groups of test specimens of alkali slag concrete made of steel tube were made, and the amount of expansion agent was 0 ~ 6 respectively. The temperature field of alkali slag concrete under the condition of steel tube sealing was studied. On the basis of the experiment, using the existing hydration heat numerical analysis model and using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the temperature field of the alkali slag concrete under the sealing condition, the results show that: under the sealing condition, The temperature field distribution of alkali slag concrete decreases from inside to outside, the time of peak temperature appears earlier with the addition of expansive agent, and the core temperature of alkali slag concrete is increased. The numerical simulation results of temperature field are in good agreement with the experimental results. From the results of data analysis, the hydration heat of alkali slag concrete should be evaluated by exponential and hyperbolic models. The composite exponential model should be used to evaluate the mixed expansive agent, and the debonding void is easy to be formed in the interface area because of the influence of temperature gradient on the alkali slag concrete of steel tube without expansion agent.
