创意社区驱动下的城市工业区复兴——荷兰埃因霍温Strijp-S区启示

【摘要】：埃因霍温是世界著名电器制造公司飞利浦的发源地和生产基地,也是欧洲最重要的工业城市之一。随着产业格局的调整,飞利浦生产基地逐步转移至发展中国家,在埃因霍温留下了大量闲置工业建筑。在过去的十年中,埃因霍温开展了对飞利浦Strijp-S工业区的改造,将其转型为创意产业聚集区和创意生活区,为地区复兴树立了典范。本文对这一过程进行了回顾,分析提炼了其转型更新过程的经验启示,以期对我国的工业城市复兴能有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:Eindhoven is the birthplace and production base of Philips, a world famous electrical appliance manufacturing company, and one of the most important industrial cities in Europe. With the adjustment of industrial pattern, Philips production base has been gradually transferred to developing countries. Eindhoven has left a lot of unused industrial buildings in Eindhoven. Over the past decade, Eindhoven has carried out a transformation of the Philips Strijp-S Industrial Zone, transforming it into a creative industrial agglomeration and creative living area. This paper reviews the process, analyses and refines the experience and enlightenment of the process of transformation and renewal, in the hope that it can be used for reference in the revival of industrial cities in China.
