钢筋套筒灌浆连接高温性能试验研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国住宅产业化进程的快速发展,装配式建筑作为一种国家和地方政府大力推广的结构形式,逐渐成为建设工程领域的研究热点。钢筋灌浆套筒连接技术是预制装配式结构构件连接的关键技术之一,也是预制装配式建筑使用和推广过程中要解决的主要问题。目前国内外对灌浆套筒的研究主要集中在常温下的性能上,而对于灌浆连接在高温下的力学性能却鲜有报道。本文开展灌浆套筒连接试件的高温试验研究,对试件在高温下的极限承载力、延性、破坏模式等性能进行分析,并应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对连接高温下的粘结滑移性能进行模拟,得到不同直径的钢筋应用套筒灌浆连接的高温性能。主要工作如下:(1)进行了16mm、20mm和25mm三种钢筋直径,六种试验温度条件下钢筋灌浆套筒连接试件的高温试验。每个温度测点下每种钢筋直径各有三个试件,共54个试件。(2)获得了试件荷载-位移曲线及破坏模式。根据高温下试件的荷载位移曲线分析了连接的极限荷载、荷载位移刚度、弹性段的粘结强度、极限强度、延性等。(3)对比了常温和高温下钢筋灌浆连接的破坏模式,得到不同温度下和各种钢筋直径连接件的破坏模式规律。(4)利用有限元软件ABAQUS对高温下钢筋灌浆套筒连接的性能进行了模拟,通过非线性弹簧spring2来模拟钢筋和灌浆料界面上的粘结作用,进而分析套筒灌浆连接的粘结锚固作用,并与试验数据进行对比。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's residential industrialization process, the structure form of prefabricated building as a national and local government's promotion, has gradually become a hot research field of construction engineering. The reinforced grouting sleeve connection technology is the key technology of prefabricated structural members connected to the main problems to be solved are prefabricated the construction and use of the promotion process. The performance of the current research on the grouting sleeve at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in room temperature, and the mechanical properties of grouting connection under high temperature has been reported. This paper carried out experimental study on high temperature grouting sleeve connection specimens, the limit of the specimen under high temperature bearing capacity and ductility. Analysis of failure mode and other properties, and the application of finite element analysis software ABAQUS to connect the bond slip properties under high temperature were simulated, obtained with different diameter steel should be set High performance grouting tube connection. The main work is as follows: (1) were 16mm, 20mm and 25mm three kinds of bar diameter, high temperature test six test temperature reinforced grouting sleeve connection specimens. Each temperature measuring points under each bar diameter of each of the three specimens, a total of 54 specimens. (2) the specimen load displacement curves and failure modes. According to the load displacement curve under high temperature specimen analysis of the ultimate load connection, load displacement stiffness, bond strength, elastic ultimate strength, ductility and so on. (3) compared with normal and high temperature reinforced grouting connection failure mode the failure mode, obtained under different temperature and different diameter steel connections. (4) on the performance of high temperature reinforced grouting sleeve connection was simulated by finite element software ABAQUS to simulate bonding reinforcement and grouting material on the interface through a nonlinear spring spring2. The bond anchorage effect of the sleeve grouting is analyzed and compared with the experimental data.
