合肥市某公司软件研发生产楼项目桩基工程的应用研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济和工程技术的飞速发展,越来越多的高、大、重型建筑物出现在人们的视野中,这就给基础的承载性带来了更大的要求和更强的挑战。大直径挖孔桩在这种环境下就得到了更为广泛的应用,并遍布世界的每个角落。论文以合肥某公司软件研发生产楼工程为案例,根据该工程的地质条件和施工条件,从保证施工安全并尽可能的降低成本出发,通过对采用的人工挖孔灌注桩受力形式、破坏形式以及单桩承载力等方面进行分析,结合上部结构的荷载传递情况及地基土层分布情况合理的选择了桩型并对桩的参数(包括直径、深度、扩大头尺寸、根数和钢筋笼、混凝土参数等)进行优化设计。严格按照设计的施工工艺(测量桩位的放样-砌筑孔台-逐级挖孔及现浇混凝土护壁-中间验收-扩孔-成孔验收-清渣排水-吊装、焊接、固定钢筋笼-灌注混凝土成桩)和安全技术措施施工。采用低应变反射波法和声波透射法分别对完成的挖孔桩进行基桩的完整性和承载力的检测,通过分析比较两种方法对基桩完整性的检测数据发现,两种方法得到结果十分的吻合,从而验证了本工程的55根桩完整性良好性,因此可以下结论本工程人工挖孔灌注桩达到了一类桩的范畴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and engineering technology, more and more high, large and heavy buildings appear in people's view. This brings greater demands and challenges to the bearing capacity of the foundation. Large diameter excavated piles are more widely used in this environment. This paper takes the software R & D and production building project of a company in Hefei as a case study. According to the geological conditions and construction conditions of the project, it is necessary to ensure the safety of construction and to reduce the cost as far as possible. Through the analysis of the force form, the failure form and the bearing capacity of the single pile, the manual excavated cast-in-place pile is used. Combined with the load transfer of the superstructure and the distribution of the soil layer of the foundation, the pile type is reasonably selected and the parameters of the pile (including diameter, depth, enlarged head size, root number and reinforcement cage) are selected reasonably. Optimization design is carried out in accordance with the design construction technology (measuring pile position layout-masonry hole platform-step by step digging hole and cast-in-situ concrete wall protection-intermediate acceptance-hole expansion-hole completion acceptance-slag drainage-hoisting, welding, welding, etc.). The integrity and bearing capacity of the foundation pile were tested by using low strain reflection wave method and acoustic wave transmission method respectively. By analyzing and comparing the data of the two methods on the integrity of foundation pile, it is found that the results of the two methods are in good agreement with each other, thus verifying the integrity of 55 piles in this project. Therefore, it can be concluded that the artificial excavated cast-in-place pile reaches the category of a class of piles.
