涉县农村地区居住建筑适老化改造设计研究

【摘要】：我国进入老龄化社会后,随着时间的推移,老龄化程度不断加深,为了解决这一社会问题,我国不仅制定了一系列新的养老政策,还新建了大量养老类建筑,在城市中关于养老设施的理论研究与实践日趋成熟。相对来说,我国关于农村养老方面的研究略显薄弱,尤其是针对农村老年居住建筑的相关研究更是凤毛麟角。与此同时,城镇化进程的加快导致农村年轻劳动力的流失,使老年人逐渐成为农村的居住主体,但由于农村建筑多为自发性建造,缺乏对老年人的居住需求和使用感受的考虑。所以急需对农村老年居住建筑进行适老化改造探究,以满足老年人的居住需求。本文通过对农村老年人的生理特征、心理特征、生活需求等方面进行分析,同时根据对老年人养老意愿调查问卷数据进行分析,总结出农村老年人的养老意愿和居住需求。将邯郸市涉县作为研究地区,选取其中的平地住宅、山地住宅、新农村住宅楼和集体养老设施这四类建筑作为研究对象,分析这四类研究对象中存在的居住问题,并根据老年居住者的实际需求,对其进行个性化的适老化改造。并结合笔者参与的实际工程,即对涉县西岗村的高层住宅楼和底商进行适老化改造,将理论与实践紧密联合,使本文的研究具有实际意义。目前我国农村人口老龄化程度日益加深,为了解决农村老年人养老居住方面的问题,本文基于农村地区的现实情况,对农村既有老年居住建筑进行了适老化更新改造,并希望通过对邯郸市涉县农村地区既有居住建筑的适老化改造的探究,为今后农村地区老年居住建筑的适老化改造提供基础理论资料及相关设计参考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this social problem, China has not only formulated a series of new old-age policies, but also built a large number of old-age buildings. In the city, the theory and practice of the old-age facilities are maturing day by day. Comparatively speaking, the research on the rural old-age care in our country is slightly weak, especially the related research on the residential buildings for the elderly in rural areas. At the same time, the research on the rural old-age residential buildings is even rarer, at the same time, The acceleration of urbanization leads to the loss of rural young labor force, which makes the elderly gradually become the main living body in rural areas, but most of the rural buildings are spontaneous construction. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the appropriate aging reconstruction of the old residential buildings in rural areas in order to meet the living needs of the elderly. This paper analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in rural areas. At the same time, based on the analysis of the data of the questionnaire on the elderly's old-age willingness, the paper summarizes the rural elderly's pension will and living needs. Taking Handan City's Shexian as the research area, the flat residence is selected. The four kinds of buildings, such as mountain residence, new rural residential building and collective old-age facilities, are taken as the research objects, and the living problems existing in these four kinds of research objects are analyzed, and according to the actual needs of the elderly residents, Combining with the practical project in which the author participated, that is, to reform the high-rise residential buildings and bottom merchants of Xigang Village in Shexian County, the theory and practice are closely combined. In order to solve the problem of old-age living in rural areas, this paper is based on the actual situation in rural areas. This paper has carried on the suitable aging renewal and transformation to the existing old residential buildings in rural areas, and hopes to probe into the suitable aging renovation of the existing residential buildings in the rural areas of Shexian County, Handan City. To provide the basic theoretical data and related design reference for the old residential buildings in rural areas in the future.
