W公司混凝土预制构件质量问题研究

【摘要】:推行建筑产业现代化、发展装配式建筑,是转变建筑生产方式,推进产业转型升级,实现可持续发展的重要举措。随着装配式建筑的进一步推广,混凝土预制构件的产品质量成为大家关注的问题。W公司是一家混凝土混凝土预制构件生产企业,主要生产预制混凝土墙板和预制混凝土叠合板,混凝土预制构件的产品质量是影响公司发展的最主要问题之一,因此混凝土预制构件的产品质量问题成为本文研究的的重点。首先,通过现场调研分析W公司混凝土预制构件的生产现状,搜集企业每周生产例会、质量专题研讨会会议纪要、生产质量周报、生产质量月报、售后服务单、质量反馈表等数据,对混凝土预制构件质量问题进行分类,归纳出预制墙板蜂窝、麻面,预制叠合板缺角掉棱等问题,其次,基于上述问题,借助质量管理工具—鱼骨图,从人、机、料、法、环五个角度进行分析,分析出员工培训体系不健全、振捣、布料不合理等产品质量影响因素。为确定产生质量问题的原因,从人员、设备、方法工艺、物料供给、环境等五个环节对具体质量问题产生原因进行问卷的设计,问卷发放的对象主要是混凝土预制构件企业从业人员、设计单位人员、以及装配式施工现场人员。基于对调查问卷结果的统计分析,分析出人员和生产工艺是产生质量问题原因的主要表现,针对引起产品质量问题的原因,运用“5W1H”和“ECRS”分析法对人员和生产工艺进行改善。最后提出改善方案,针对员工工序操作不到位,提出完善培训体系,设立奖罚制度,定期对员工进行考核等方案;针对生产工艺方面的原因,应分析改善模台清洗工艺流程、模具拼装工艺流程、混凝土搅拌工艺流程、混凝土布料工艺流程等生产工艺流程,提出建立标准作业指导书、引入防错法等改善方案。通过对产品质量问题的研究为企业补充完善生产规范提供决策参考,为企业持续改进产品质量提供建议,同时对促进我省混凝土预制构件行业的健康发展具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the construction industry and the development of prefabricated buildings are important measures to transform the mode of production of buildings, to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and to achieve sustainable development. With the further promotion of prefabricated buildings, The product quality of concrete prefabricated members has become a problem of concern. W Company is a production enterprise of concrete prefabricated components, mainly producing precast concrete wall slabs and precast concrete composite slabs. The product quality of concrete prefabricated members is one of the most important problems affecting the development of the company, so the product quality of concrete prefabricated members becomes the focus of this paper. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the production status of concrete prefabricated components in W Company, we collect the data such as weekly production meetings, quality seminars, weekly production quality reports, monthly production quality reports, after-sales service forms, quality feedback forms, etc. The quality problems of prefabricated concrete components are classified, and the problems such as honeycomb, hemp face, prefabricated laminated slab, missing angle and falling edges are summarized. Secondly, based on the above problems, with the aid of the quality management tool, fish bone map, from people, machines, materials, methods, In order to determine the causes of the quality problems, the factors affecting the quality of the products, such as the imperfect training system, the vibrating and the unreasonable cloth, are analyzed from five angles. In order to determine the causes of the quality problems, the personnel, equipment, method and process, material supply, etc. The environment and other five links design the causes of specific quality problems. The main objects of the questionnaires are employees of concrete prefabricated components enterprises, personnel of design units, Based on the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire, it is analyzed that the main causes of the quality problems are the personnel and the production process, aiming at the causes of the product quality problems. Using "5W1H" and "ECRS" analysis method to improve the personnel and production process. Finally, the improvement scheme is put forward, aiming at the staff operation is not in place, the training system is improved, the reward and punishment system is set up, and the employees are assessed regularly. In view of the reasons of production process, it is necessary to analyze and improve the production process, such as cleaning process of mould platform, assembling process of mould, mixing process of concrete, and technological process of concrete distribution, and puts forward the establishment of standard operating instructions. Through the research on product quality problems, it provides decision reference for enterprises to supplement and perfect production specifications, and provides suggestions for enterprises to continuously improve product quality. At the same time, it has certain significance to promote the healthy development of concrete prefabricated component industry in our province.
