复杂地质条件下超深基坑施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国建筑业的迅速发展,各大、中型城市出现了大量的超高层建筑。由于超高层多建在城市繁华地区且多数为地标性建筑,因此在基坑开挖方面不可避免地带来了诸多施工难点。首先,超高层建筑大多是地标性建筑对工期的要求十分严格,在不排除不确定性因素的条件下要尽量加快施工进度以保证按时完成施工任务;其次,超高层基坑深度较深,往往施工场地较小,且周边人口密集,无法采用放坡的方法施工;再次,超高层基坑施工区域周边建筑物密集,紧邻商业区及住宅区。施工时对基坑周边地表沉降的要求十分严格;最后,超高层建筑一般都紧邻道路,车流量较大,车辆经过的动荷载对基坑周边地下市政管线有着不可忽视的影响。本文结合天津市中铁国际城诗景广场与地铁6号线民权门站超深基坑对以上施工难点进行了探讨。主要工作及研究成果如下:1、针对场地复杂地质条件,工期要严求格和施工场地限制较多等问题,根据施工经验和场地内的实际情况,创新的采用了周边环板逆作--中心岛顺做的施工方法,在保证质量和安全的情况下按时的完成了施工任务。2、针对施工时对基坑周边地表沉降要求高的问题,采用了基坑周边地表沉降模拟和基坑开挖监测技术。通过数值模拟和监测数据,掌握了基坑开挖过程中地下连续墙及周边地表沉降等变化规律,能够及时发现危险源并作出响应。3、针对车辆动荷载对基坑周边市政管线产生影响的问题,采用了后注浆地下管线保护技术。经监测数据表明,后注浆能够起到保护地下管线的作用。本文研究对于确保诗景广场超深基坑施工的安全具有实用价值,并且对天津地区类似工程的基坑开挖施工和周边建筑物保护具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's construction industry, a large number of super-tall buildings have appeared in large and medium-sized cities. Therefore, the excavation of foundation pit inevitably brings a lot of construction difficulties. First of all, most of the super-tall buildings are landmarks, and the requirements for the construction period are very strict. Under the condition of not excluding the uncertain factors, we should speed up the construction progress as far as possible to ensure the completion of the construction tasks on time. Secondly, the super high-rise foundation pit is deep in depth, and often the construction site is small, and the surrounding population is dense, so it is impossible to adopt the method of slope laying. Thirdly, the construction area of super high-rise foundation pit is close to the surrounding buildings, close to the commercial district and residential area. The requirement of ground subsidence around the foundation pit during construction is very strict. Finally, the super high-rise building is usually close to the road, and the traffic flow is large. The dynamic load passing through the vehicle has an important influence on the underground municipal pipeline around the foundation pit. This paper probes into the above construction difficulties with the combination of Shijing Square of Zhongtie International City in Tianjin and the ultra deep foundation pit of Civil Rights Gate Station of Metro Line 6. The main work and research results are as follows: 1. In view of the complex geological conditions of the site, According to the construction experience and the actual situation in the site, the construction method of circumferential annular plate is innovated. Under the condition of ensuring the quality and safety, the construction task. 2 was completed on time, aiming at the problem of high requirement for the ground settlement around the foundation pit during the construction. Through numerical simulation and monitoring data, the variation law of underground continuous wall and surrounding surface settlement during foundation pit excavation is grasped, which is based on the simulation of ground subsidence around foundation pit and monitoring technology of foundation pit excavation. To solve the problem of the influence of vehicle dynamic load on the municipal pipeline around the foundation pit, the post-grouting underground pipeline protection technology is adopted. The monitoring data show that, Post-grouting can protect underground pipelines. This study is of practical value to ensure the safety of ultra-deep foundation pit construction in Shijing Square. It also has reference value for the excavation of foundation pit and the protection of surrounding buildings in similar projects in Tianjin area.
