轻质结构相变房的搭建及内环境研究

【摘要】:从相变材料与建筑围护结构应用的角度出发,利用真空加热滚筒装置制备了石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩复合相变颗粒,并以定模压制的方法制备出500 mm×500 mm×10 mm的相变板材。将相变板材与轻质结构房内壁面相结合搭建成轻质结构相变房,并对其内环境进行研究测试。结果表明:相变房内部温度与参照房相比具有明显的衰减性和滞后性,峰值温度平均差值达到5.52℃,空调度日数CDD26日平均自然室温保证率增加了9.71个百分点,相变板材起到了良好的调温作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the application of phase change material and building envelope structure, paraffin / expanded perlite composite phase change particles were prepared by vacuum heating drum device. A 500 mm 脳 500 mm 脳 10 mm phase change plate was prepared by a fixed die pressing method. The light structure phase change room was constructed by combining the phase change plate with the inner wall of the light structure room. The results show that the internal temperature of the phase change chamber has obvious attenuation and hysteresis compared with the reference room, and the average difference of the peak temperature is 5.52 鈩,
