基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的密肋复合板结构应用研究

【摘要】:BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术以建筑工程项目中各项信息数据为基础,通过数字信息集成建筑模型来指导建筑工程各环节的实践工作;而密肋复合板结构也因其节能环保、装配高效、结构性能优良等特点,在建筑工程领域占有一席之地。这两者由于各自的显著优势,近年来均得到广泛应用,但其结合应用领域尚属空白。为贯彻可持续发展,推进住宅产业化,推广新技术与新结构体系的结合应用,研究基于BIM技术的密肋复合板结构体系势在必行。基于开发工具Visual Studio 2015,采用面向对象的C#语言、以及结合Revit API接口和Win API接口的.NET技术,对Autodesk Revit 2016进行二次开发,生成密肋复合板插件系统,实现与Revit界面相同的Ribbon风格,以及Windows窗口类型的操作界面。主要成果有:(1)对典型的密肋复合墙板构件-普通密肋复合板、带门洞密肋复合板、带窗洞密肋复合板及密肋复合板结构中连接构件等进行友好的软件辅助设计,并使其在Revit界面中按工程需求拼接、组装,实行三维可视化操作。(2)搭建窗体对话框形式的插件系统,实现构件建立过程中的数据传递;通过三维实体模型、实时显示技术、Excel表格数据来保证辅助设计技术的友好性和纠错性,保证结构设计安全可靠。(3)统计密肋复合墙板构件的材料用量等信息,并通过实例的分析计算,验证统计内容的准确性和实用性。(4)实现密肋复合墙体的复核式设计方法,根据密肋复合墙体的插件布置,进行墙体正截面承载力的实时承载力图形绘制,以“4×3”普通密肋复合墙体为例,进行Nu-Mu曲线绘制,并为其他形式墙体的Nu-Mu曲线绘制留下接口,方便后续的研究和开发。
[Abstract]:The technology of BIM(Building Information Modeling is based on the information data in the construction project, and guides the practical work of every link of the building project through the digital information integrated building model, and the multi-ribbed composite plate structure is also efficient for its energy saving and environmental protection, and assembly efficiency. Because of their outstanding advantages, both of them have been widely used in recent years, but their combined application fields are still blank. In order to carry out the sustainable development, the structure has a place in the field of construction engineering. It is imperative to study the structure system of multi-ribbed composite plate based on BIM technology and promote the combination of new technology and new structure system. Based on the development tool Visual Studio 2015, we adopt the object-oriented C # language. Combined with the .NET technology of Revit API interface and Win API interface, the second development of Autodesk Revit 2016 is carried out, and the multi-rib composite board plug-in system is generated, which realizes the same Ribbon style as Revit interface. And the Windows window type interface. The main results are: 1) typical multi-ribbed composite wall panel components-common multi-ribbed composite plate, multi-ribbed panel with doors, The soft aided design of the connecting members in the structure of the multi-ribbed plate with windows and the structure of the multi-ribbed composite plate is carried out, and it is assembled in the Revit interface according to the requirements of the project. Implement 3D visualization operation. 2) build the plug-in system in the form of form dialog box, realize the data transfer in the process of building component, through 3D entity model, The real-time display of Excel table data ensures the friendliness and error-correction of the aided design technology, and ensures the safety and reliability of structural design. Verify the accuracy and practicability of statistical content. 4) realize the design method of multi-ribbed composite wall. According to the plug-in arrangement of multi-ribbed composite wall, draw the graph of the bearing capacity of the normal section of the wall in real time. Taking "4 脳 3" common multi-rib composite wall as an example, the Nu-Mu curve is drawn, and the interface is left for the drawing of Nu-Mu curve of other forms of wall, which is convenient for further research and development.
