基于邻里交往的住宅小区平台空间设计研究

【摘要】：城市化的推进和现代建筑的发展极大地改善了人们的居住环境。然而,物质上的提升未真正满足人们精神的需求。邻居是环绕我们生活的人群,邻里关系是生活中不可避免的人际关系,人们开始关注邻里问题。邻里关系淡泊,部分原因是因为现代住宅小区未能给邻里交往创造合适的物质条件,使得相应的交往活动难以发生,邻里交往受到抑制。国外一些城市曾经运用平台空间来活跃商业,事实证明平台空间的多项优点使它成为市民热爱的户外活动场所。然而在国内,平台空间在住宅小区的设计中并未广泛运用,对于平台空间的优势及其在邻里交往中的积极作用,建设者关注度不足。本研究着眼于邻里交往,对住宅小区平台空间的设计进行深入分析。通过研究国内外文献,使用PSPL调研法,结合图像分析等方法对住宅小区平台空间中邻里交往情况进行研究。希望通过本研究,能够让设计者重新关注平台空间的价值,为今后住宅小区邻里交往空间的设计提供参考。本论文共分为六个部分:第一章整理相关文献的理论研究,阐述研究背景、问题的缘起、研究范围的界定和研究目的与意义,为后面对于住宅小区平台空间和邻里交往情况的分析作铺垫。第二章总结了邻里交往的特征,和针对这些特征所需要的物质条件,然后对平台空间的发展、形式和面临的问题进行阐述。说明平台空间在促进邻里交往方面所具有的优势和可能存在的问题。本章内容是对邻里交往和住宅小区平台空间做基本解析。在理清基础知识之后,第三章对广州东湖新村、天津川府新村、香港荃湾中心三个住宅小区平台空间及当中的邻里交往情况做实地调研和问卷访谈。三个成熟小区中已经形成的邻里交往氛围是经过长时间实践检验的,能够真实反映平台空间在邻里交往活动中所起的作用。第四章是结合相关理论知识进一步分析调研中出现的现象。结合实例深入剖析平台空间的各种特点,如人车人流、空间过渡性、立体平面等。调研中出现邻里交往现象与“5W模型”相结合,阐述平台空间的特点是如何迎合邻里交往的特殊需要,是怎样满足其所需的物质条件。通过理论与实际的结合分析,能够更加客观地认识平台空间在邻里交往中产生影响的具体要素。第五章是基于之前理论和实例的研究,提出有利于邻里交往的平台空间设计原则与策略。围绕促进邻里交往的目的,分别从空间、场所、生态、功能四个角度切入,分别先说明这四个方面需要遵循的原则,然后从各个方面入手,给出打造住宅小区平台空间的具体手段。本章所总结的设计原则与策略是基于理论和实例的分析结果。第六章是香港荃湾中心的个案分享。香港特别行政区对平台类公共空间有成熟的使用基础和社会背景,居民接受程度高,对于平台空间有比较成熟和清晰地认知。个案中平台空间形式丰富,有成功部分,也有失败部分,为我们研究住宅小区平台空间及邻里交往提供了良好的素材。
[Abstract]:The development of the city and promote the modern architecture greatly improves people's living environment. However, the material lifting not really satisfy the people's spiritual needs. The neighbor is around us people living neighborhood relationship is inevitable in life, people began to concern the neighborhood. The neighborhood is part of the reason indifference. Due to the failure of the modern residential district for neighborhood communication to create a suitable material conditions, the corresponding activities are difficult to take place, neighborhood communication is restrained. Some foreign city used to active commercial space platform, a number of advantages that the platform space to make it become the place for outdoor activities. However, in the love of the people of China, the platform has not been widely used in space in the design of residential space, for the advantage of platform and its positive role in neighborhood interaction, attention is not enough. The builders The research focuses on the design of neighborhood communication, platform space of residential district were analyzed. Through literature research at home and abroad, using the PSPL research method, combined with image analysis of residential space in the neighborhood of platform communication. Hope that through this study, can let designers pay attention to the value of the space platform, provide a reference for the design of future residential neighborhood communication space. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the literature review of the theoretical research, describes the research background, the origin of the problem, the definition and the research purpose and significance of the study scope, which paves the way for the following analysis for residential space platform and neighborhood communication. The second chapter summarizes the situation the characteristics of neighborhood communication, and the need for these characteristics of the material conditions, and then on the development platform of space, form and problems that are presented in this paper. The platform space in its promoting neighborhood communication advantages and possible problems. This chapter is the basic analysis of neighborhood communication and residential platform space. After clarifying the basic knowledge, the third chapter of the Guangzhou East Lake village, Tianjin village of Sichuan Province, doing field investigation and questionnaire interviews in three residential Hongkong Tsuen Wan heart residential space and the neighborhood communication platform. Has formed three mature area in the neighborhood atmosphere is after a long time of practice, can reflect the space platform play in neighborhood communication activities. The fourth chapter is the combination of theoretical knowledge related to further investigation and analysis of the phenomena appeared in various features with examples of in-depth. Through the combination of theory and practice analysis, specific elements can be more objective understanding of the platform space influence the contacts in the neighbourhood. In the fifth chapter is the research based on the theory and the case before, put forward the design principles of space platform with the strategy to neighborhood communication. Around the promotion of neighborhood communication purposes, from space, space, ecology, function into four angles respectively, indicating that the four aspects of the principles, and then from various aspects, the specific means are to create a platform for space in residential areas. The design principle and strategy are summarized in this chapter the analysis results based on theory and practice. The sixth chapter is a case study of Hongkong Tsuen Wan Centre sharing. The Hongkong Special Administrative Region is based on using the mature platform of public space With the social background, the residents have a high degree of acceptance, and have a relatively mature and clear cognition for the platform space. In the case, there are abundant forms of platform space, some successful parts and some failure parts, which provide good materials for us to study the platform space and neighborhood communication of residential quarters.
