工程施工智能安全帽系统研究

【摘要】:随着新兴信息技术的发展,建筑工程管理理论的完善,BIM在建筑管理领域的应用推广,特别是智慧施工理论的构建,传统的设备和管理方式已经对现代施工现场管理显得乏力;由于中国超高层建筑和一系列复杂大工程施工安全管理的需求增加,这导致安全管理和成本控制中的不确定因素增加,致使施工管理问题凸显,安全风险放大,施工管理成本和效益都处在不可控的风险中。本文基于以上背景与问题以及国内外文献、实践、案例的梳理,提出将BIM、RFID、无线通信和数据处理等技术集成,设计开发一智能安全帽系统,在现代复杂系统工程管理、现代安全管理和智慧施工的理论指导下,对构建新的施工管理模式进行探索性的设计和研究,在研究过程中,围绕智能安全帽这一载体的硬件关键设备技术和智能安全帽系统的整体架构和具体功能实现做了可行性分析研究,并总结了工程施工智能能安全帽系统在安全管理和施工全过程管理中的应用价值和实现路线图,给出了智能安全帽系统的优化方向和应用建议。本文提供了施工现场管理新思路,研究设计了智慧施工的关键智能设备,这将大大提高施工安全管理可靠性,改善施工作业安全环境,提升施工管理的效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of new information technology and the perfection of construction engineering management theory, BIM has been applied and popularized in the field of construction management, especially the construction of intelligent construction theory. The traditional equipment and management methods have been weak to the modern construction site management. Due to the increasing demand for the construction safety management of super high-rise buildings and a series of complex large projects in China, the uncertainties in safety management and cost control have increased, and the construction management problems have become prominent and the safety risks have been magnified. The cost and benefit of construction management are in the risk of uncontrollable. Based on the above background and problems, as well as the domestic and foreign literature, practice and case combing, this paper proposes to integrate the technology of BIMI RFID, wireless communication and data processing, etc. An intelligent safety helmet system is designed and developed. Under the guidance of modern complex system engineering management, modern safety management and intelligent construction theory, the exploratory design and research on the construction of new construction management mode are carried out. The feasibility analysis and research on the hardware key equipment technology of the intelligent safety helmet and the overall structure and concrete function realization of the intelligent safety helmet system are done. The application value and realization road map of engineering construction intelligent safety helmet system in safety management and construction whole process management are summarized. The optimization direction and application suggestion of intelligent safety helmet system are given. A new idea of construction site management is provided in this paper, and the key intelligent equipment for intelligent construction is studied and designed, which will greatly improve the reliability of construction safety management. Improve the safety environment of construction operation and improve the efficiency of construction management.
