大津百町馆与社区营造

【摘要】：日本战后经济的飞速发展导致自然环境和城市景观遭到破坏。后来,尤其是近些年经济不景气,地方城市商业街急剧衰败,滋贺县大津市的商店街也没有例外地成为"关店街"。为了振兴商店街经济和社区建设,当地居民自发组建了保护传统商家民居"町屋"的组织"大津町屋关切会"。关切会在一处町屋面临转卖拆建的危机之时,促成了历史文化遗产保护团体将其购入保留,并进一步以民间力量修复,命名为"大津百町馆"开张。以此为中心,他们广泛联合包括行政、商业、教育、民间志愿团体在内的各界力量,开展多种多样的社区活动,取得了令人感动的成果。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Japan's postwar economy led to the destruction of natural environment and urban landscape. Later, especially in recent years, when the economy was depressed, local urban commercial streets plummeted. Shop streets in Dazin City, Zihe County, have no exception become "Guandian Street." in order to revitalize the economy and community construction of store streets, Local residents spontaneously set up a group to protect traditional businesses' homes, "the Oazu House concern Society," which led to the purchase and preservation of historical and cultural heritage conservation groups at a time when a town house was facing a crisis of resale and demolition. It was further renovated by civilian forces, named the "Oatsu Parktown Pavilion," opened. With this as the center, they extensively joined forces from all walks of life, including administration, commerce, education, and non-governmental voluntary organizations, to carry out a variety of community activities. Impressive results have been achieved.
