城镇化进程中城乡规划的若干思考

【摘要】：随着我国经济快速增长,农村城镇化率的提升明显增加,面对日益增长的城镇化进程,政府部门对于城乡规划而言,面临着重大挑战的同时也带来了发展机遇。以城镇化进程为出发点,在现阶段分析城乡规划建设导致缺乏多样性,系统性引起集聚效益和协同性问题设计造成的社会问题变成了严重的贫富差距,在这个基础上减少城乡规划建设人为因素的影响,引导从注重经济建设向合理利用环保资源的转变、缩小城乡差距、推进公众参与等促进城镇化进程中城乡规划的若干思考和相关建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth in China, the rate of urbanization in rural areas has increased significantly. In the face of the increasing process of urbanization, government departments are concerned about urban and rural planning. At the same time, it also brings opportunities for development. Taking the process of urbanization as the starting point, this paper analyzes the lack of diversity caused by urban and rural planning and construction at this stage. The social problems caused by the systematic design of agglomeration benefits and synergies have become a serious gap between the rich and the poor. On this basis, the impact of man-made factors on urban and rural planning and construction has been reduced. To guide the transformation from economic construction to rational use of environmental resources, to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to promote public participation in the process of urbanization to promote urban and rural planning and some related suggestions.
