钢筋混凝土板冲切性能试验研究

【摘要】:柱下基础底板、无梁楼盖板柱连接体和集中荷载作用下的桥面板等钢筋混凝土平板结构,由于其具有结构简单、传力路径短捷、能够增加楼层净高、经济实用以及良好的适应性和可变性等特质,使得此种结构在实际工程中的运用越来越广泛。随着各种复杂因素的影响,如基础底板和无梁楼盖等平板结构中板柱节点处需承受板传来的较大集中力的作用,因此节点的强度往往难以保证。很多学者认为导致此种结构的破坏是因为板发生了冲切破坏,但问题本身的复杂性,国内外学者对冲切破坏机理的认识未达成一致,对研究的焦点也大多集中在分别采用理论或试验的研究方法上。综合考虑以上因素,作者对大量的国内外相关试验资料进行分析,采取试验与理论相结合的方法,对这一问题进行了系统的总结与研究,主要研究内容及结论如下:(1)通过对钢筋混凝土板进行冲切试验并分析以往数据库下板的冲切试验资料,了解钢筋混凝土板的冲切破坏形态、破坏过程以及作用机理。(2)通过对本次试验及前期试验的数据进行分析,得出影响钢筋混凝土板冲切承载力的主要因素包括:荷载作用周长、作用位置、混凝土强度、配筋率、骨料尺寸、板尺寸效应等。(3)通过试验可知:在板支撑长度一定的情况下,若板的加载周长增大,板抗冲切承载力也增大,且荷载加载位置于板中心时抗冲切承载力最低,越靠近支撑边其抗冲切承载力越高。(4)将钢筋混凝土板中混凝土强度提高、配筋率增大及薄板中的粗骨料粒径增大都能提高钢筋混凝土板的抗冲切承载力。(5)本文利用英国BS式、美国ACI式、日本土木学会式和中国规范式四个公式,针对国内外及本次冲切试验总共63个样本数据进行分析计算,认为英国BS规范计算公式得到的计算值与本系列试验的试验值相比较其他三种规范而言最佳,试验值与计算公式的吻合性最好;美国ACI式及日本土木学会式的试验值与计算值比值相对较大,计算结果较为保守,结构设计趋于安全;中国规范式中,由于考虑的影响因素较少,对于不同试验板,中国规范式的试验值与计算值比值相差较大,较为离散,若采取计算值作为冲切强度值,在结构设计中易使结构设计趋于安全或趋于不安全,对结构设计不利。
[Abstract]:Foundation under column, floor without beam column connection bridge panel body and concentrated loads of reinforced concrete flat plate structure, because it has the advantages of simple structure, short transmission path, can increase the net height of the floor, economical and practical and good adaptability and variability characteristics of the structure in the actual engineering application and more widely. With the influence of various complex factors, such as the foundation slab and beam floor plate structure plate column joints need to bear a larger concentration in coming force, so the strength of joint is often difficult to guarantee. Many scholars believe that this leads to structural damage occurred because of plate punching failure, but the complexity the problem itself, understanding of domestic and foreign scholars of punching failure mechanism did not reach an agreement, the focus of the research are mostly concentrated in research methods of theory and experiment on the comprehensive consideration. The above factors, the author of a large number of domestic and foreign relevant test data analysis, adopt the method of combining experiment and theory, to this problem are summarized and studied systematically, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) based on the steel reinforced concrete slab punching test and analysis of the previous database under plate punching all experimental data, understand the reinforced concrete slab punching failure form, failure process and mechanism. (2) through the analysis of the test and the preliminary test data, the effects of reinforced concrete plate punching capacity of the main factors include: load perimeter, role position, concrete strength, reinforcement ratio and the aggregate size, board size effect. (3) experimental result shows that in the condition of a certain length of support plate, if the increase in the plate loading perimeter, punching capacity increases in load, and the position in the center of impact plate The lowest shear bearing capacity, the more close to the edge of the support of punching capacity higher. (4) the strength of concrete in reinforced concrete slabs increased, reinforcement ratio increases and the sheet of coarse aggregate size increase can improve the reinforced concrete slab punching capacity. (5) the British BS ACI, the United States, Japan Society of civil engineers and China standard four formula, at home and abroad and the cutting test of a total of 63 sample data analysis and calculation that the British standard BS formula to get the value compared to the other three kinds of specifications and the best test series test value and test value and the calculation formula of the best agreement; ACI of the United States and Japan Society of civil engineers of the experimental values and the calculated values of the ratio is relatively large, the results are more conservative, structural design tends to be safe; China standard, due to less consideration of influencing factors for different subjects There is a large discreteness between the test value and the calculated value of the standard plate in China, and if the calculated value is used as punching shear strength, the structural design tends to be safe or tends to be unsafe in the structural design, which is unfavorable for the structural design.
