办公楼空调系统室内气流组织和热舒适性研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展,人们对空调建筑室内热舒适性的要求日渐提高,同时对室内热舒适性的研究也不断加深,但目前单独针对办公室工位热舒适性的研究较少。随着房价的逐年攀升,办公楼的租金上涨,为了使有限的办公面积得到充分地利用,办公室内的工位布置越来越密集,因为空调气流组织不佳导致室内热舒适性降低的问题日益突出,不仅影响人员的工作效率,而且长期处在这样的办公环境下也不利于人员的身心健康。本文针对办公楼空调系统,研究办公室内空调系统的气流组织与室内工位热舒适性。近年来,利用CFD软件来数值模拟分析室内空调热舒适性的研究和处理相关实际工程问题正在兴起。它可以对室内气流组织分布的情况进行数值模拟和预测,方便迅速、经济可靠,能为设计部门提供较全面可信的技术分析结果。本课题开展了以下相关研究:1)分析了影响空调室内热舒适性的六大因素,通过问卷调查方式,研究分析了四种典型空调形式下办公室工位的热舒适性情况。2)通过现场实验测试的方式,测试当空调开启室内达到稳定状态时工位处气流组织的相关参数,结合问卷调查结果、通过分析测试数据对办公室内工位空调的热舒适性进行评价。针对办公楼建筑,提出了空调工位满意率的新概念,来对办公室内空调气流组织形式和工位布局合理性进行分析和评价。3)对文中研究的四种典型空调形式办公室建立物理模型进行数值模拟,利用模拟结果与实测数据进行比较分析,验证模型的可靠性,再通过数值模拟的方式对这四种类型办公室的空调气流组织进行改进和优化分析:针对立柜式空调送风和风机盘管侧送风空调不舒适的两个房间提出了气流组织的改进方案;在房间进深大、层高低的建筑条件限制下,采用散流器结合百叶侧送风的方式,室内的热舒适性能够达到相关标准要求,工位满意率高,为后面的设计人员遇见类似的情况提供参考;在老旧建筑改造中,如果采用百叶上送风的方式将会造成室内空调的热舒适性较差。4)通过上述实测与理论研究,进行了空调热舒适性评价,结合热舒适性评价提出了工位空调热舒适性优化方案。如果办公室空调形式选择不合理,导致室内气流组织分布不佳、影响人员热舒适性时要么优化室内空调气流组织形式,要么改变工位布局才能保证工位空调热舒适性。5)分析了在实际工程中空调室内气流组织的主要分布形式,对工程中出现的空调热舒适性不佳的原因进行了总结,并提出了工位热舒适性优化方法。随着计算机技术的发展以及对室内热舒适性的深入研究,在办公室建筑和其它类型建筑的空调系统的设计时,采用CFD模拟技术对优化气流组织设计、提高室内空调热舒适性将发挥越来越大的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the demand for indoor thermal comfort of air-conditioned buildings is increasing, and the research on indoor thermal comfort is also deepening. However, there are few researches on the thermal comfort of office space alone. With the price of house rising year by year and the rent of office building rising, in order to make full use of the limited office space, the layout of the office space is more and more intensive. Because the poor airflow organization of air conditioning leads to the decrease of indoor thermal comfort, the problem is becoming increasingly prominent, which not only affects the working efficiency of personnel, In this paper, the airflow organization and thermal comfort of the air conditioning system in the office building are studied in the light of the air conditioning system in the office building, and the thermal comfort of the indoor air conditioning system is also studied in recent years. Using CFD software to simulate and analyze the thermal comfort of indoor air conditioning and to deal with related practical engineering problems are emerging. It can simulate and predict the distribution of indoor air flow, which is convenient, rapid, economical and reliable. Can provide a more comprehensive and credible technical analysis results for the design department. This paper has carried out the following related research: 1) analyzed the six major factors that affect the thermal comfort of the air-conditioning room, and through the way of questionnaire, This paper studies and analyzes the thermal comfort of office stations under four typical air conditioning forms. 2) by the way of field test, the relevant parameters of airflow distribution in the air conditioning station are tested when the air conditioning open room reaches a stable state, and the results of the questionnaire survey are combined with the results of the questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of test data, the thermal comfort of air conditioning station in office is evaluated. A new concept of satisfaction rate of air conditioning station is put forward for office buildings. To analyze and evaluate the air flow organization and the rationality of the station layout in the office. 3) to simulate the physical model of the four typical air conditioning forms studied in this paper. The reliability of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured data. Through the numerical simulation of the air flow organization of the four types of air conditioning improvement and optimization analysis: for the vertical cabinet type air supply air conditioning and fan coil unit side air supply air conditioning is not comfortable in two rooms put forward the air flow organization improvement scheme; Under the restriction of the building condition of deep room and high and low floor, the indoor thermal comfort can reach the relevant standard, and the satisfaction rate of the work station is high by adopting the way of diffuser combined with the shutter side air supply. To provide a reference for the latter designers to meet similar situations; in the old building renovation, if the air supply mode of the shutters is adopted, the thermal comfort of indoor air conditioning will be poor. 4) through the above measurement and theoretical research, The thermal comfort evaluation of air conditioning is carried out, and the optimal scheme of thermal comfort of station air conditioning is put forward. If the air conditioning form in office is not reasonable, the distribution of indoor air flow is not good. In order to ensure the thermal comfort of air conditioning station, the main distribution forms of indoor air flow organization in practical engineering are analyzed when the thermal comfort of personnel is affected either by optimizing the air flow organization form of indoor air conditioning or by changing the layout of work station. The causes of poor thermal comfort of air conditioning in engineering are summarized, and the optimization method of thermal comfort of working station is put forward. With the development of computer technology and the deep research on indoor thermal comfort, In the design of air conditioning system of office buildings and other types of buildings, the use of CFD simulation technology will play a more and more important role in optimizing the air flow organization design and improving the thermal comfort of indoor air conditioning.
