“山舍”乡村旅游民宿改造实践报告

【摘要】：近几年,民宿在农村旅游业发展中不断壮大,成为了景区旅游住宿体验的重要部分。民宿作为城市连接农村生活的桥梁,承载着城市人们对乡野生活方式的向往与追求。顺平县唐河旅游景区的旅游业发展不断壮大,既而人们对于旅游体验的要求不断提高。随着大众对乡土、人情、地域、情怀的感念,深度旅游体验更加深入人心;另外政府部门越来越重视乡村旅游的发展,使得深度旅游体验的发展趋势势不可挡。既而,民宿热成为了当地旅游事业发展的契机。所以,民宿改造项目这个课题值得我们去推敲和设计研究。本文首先分析了此次唐河旅游景区民宿改造项目的现状、研究方向以及设计思路,对比了国内外民宿项目改造应注意的问题和人文联系。最后谈及此次唐河景区乡村旅游中民宿改造项目的设计布局及功能等。本次民宿改造项目的方向一是为老房子注入新的活力,老房子是活着的历史和文化,保留老房子的原有痕迹是对怀旧情怀的表达。二是在原来老房子的基础上新建,这并不是对原有历史文化的摒弃,而是为了让当地文化能够注入新的血脉更好的传承发展下去。打造“精品民宿”,为景区旅游业发展增加新的在地情怀。
[Abstract]:In recent years, residential accommodation has been growing in the development of rural tourism and has become an important part of tourist accommodation experience in scenic spots. The tourism industry of Tanghe tourist area in Shunping County has been growing, even though people's demand for tourism experience has been raised constantly. With the popular view of the local land, human feelings, and the region, it is carrying people's yearning for and pursuit of the rural life style. In addition, government departments are paying more and more attention to the development of rural tourism, which makes the development trend of deep tourism experience unstoppable. The popularity of residential accommodation has become an opportunity for the development of local tourism. Therefore, the project is worth our consideration and design research. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of the project. Research direction and design ideas, This paper compares the problems that should be paid attention to at home and abroad and the humanism connection. Finally, it talks about the design, layout and function of the residential renovation project in the rural tourism of Tanghe scenic area. The direction of this project is for the old people. The house breathes new life, The old house is a living history and culture, and the preservation of the original trace of the old house is an expression of nostalgia. Second, the old house is built on the basis of the old house. This is not a rejection of the original history and culture. But in order to let the local culture inject new blood and better inheritance and development, build "fine houses", for the development of scenic tourism to add new feelings in the place.
