【摘要】：正开栏语:新中国的城市发展和城市规划工作已走过60多年的历程,回顾历史,总结实践经验,是推动未来工作改革与发展的必要途径。自本期开始,本刊特开辟"规划前辈口述"专栏,连续刊载对老一辈城市规划工作者的访谈文章。通过前辈的口述,希望能够对城市规划工作的认识提供有益的借鉴。本专栏内容以"新中国城市规划史"为主题,计划按照时间先后,重点反映"一五"时期、"二五"至1970年代、改革开放初期等三个主要历史时期内的城市规划工作及其发展演化情况,分专题刊出。近期拟刊载的专题包括新中国城市规划工作的起源、城市规划机构的建立、重点工业项目的联合选厂、不同类型的城市规划实践、苏联专家对城市规划的技术援助、城市规划的技术方法、"一五"时期的城市规划教育、城市规划实施情况等。
[Abstract]:The city development and urban planning in New China have gone through more than 60 years. Reviewing the history and summarizing the practical experience are the necessary ways to promote the reform and development of the future work. Our magazine has set up a special column on "planning senior dictation", which carries interviews with the older generation of urban planners in succession. It is hoped that this column will provide a useful reference for the understanding of urban planning. This column focuses on the theme of "History of Urban Planning in New China" and focuses on reflecting the period of the first Five-Year Plan, the second Five-Year Plan and the 1970s. The urban planning work and its development and evolution during the three major historical periods in the early stage of reform and opening up have been published on a thematic basis. The topics to be published in the near future include the origin of urban planning work in New China, the establishment of urban planning institutions, The joint selection plant of key industrial projects, the practice of different types of urban planning, the technical assistance of Soviet experts to urban planning, the technical methods of urban planning, the education of urban planning during the first Five-Year Plan period, the implementation of urban planning and so on.
