高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩承载性状研究

【摘要】:本文在总结高喷插芯组合桩研究成果的基础上,提出了高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩及复合地基新技术。通过大比例室内模型试验及数值仿真分析等手段,对比研究了竖向荷载作用下等截面桩、阶梯型变截面桩及高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩承载性状。主要研究内容有:1、在竖向荷载作用下,进行了高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩室内大比例模型试验。对比研究了竖向荷载作用下等截面桩、阶梯型变截面桩及高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩荷载-沉降、桩侧摩阻力分布规律。研究结果表明:高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩承载能力阶梯型变截面桩等截面桩。2、利用3DFLAC,建立了阶梯型变截面桩、高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩及等截面桩的数值模型。对比研究了竖向荷载作用下等截面桩、阶梯型变截面桩及高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩的工作性状。讨论了变径位置、不同水泥土厚度、水泥土强度、土体粘聚力、土体内摩擦角对高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩承载特性的影响。数值模拟结果表明:高喷阶梯型变截面插芯组合桩承载能力阶梯型变截面桩等截面桩;变径位置、水泥土厚度、水泥土强度、土体粘聚力、土体内摩擦角对提高单桩承载能力,降低桩身沉降有一定影响。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summing up the research results of high shotcrete core-inserted composite pile, this paper puts forward a new technology of high spray ladder-type core-inserted pile with variable cross-section and composite foundation. By means of large scale indoor model test and numerical simulation analysis, etc. In this paper, the load-bearing behavior of equal section pile, stepped variable cross section pile and high jet stepped variable cross section inserted core pile under vertical load is studied comparatively. The main research contents are: 1, under vertical load, In this paper, a large scale model test is carried out for high spray stepped variable cross section composite pile with variable cross section. The load-settlement of equal section pile, step type variable section pile and high jet step variable cross section composite pile under vertical load are compared. The research results show that the stair variable cross section pile with variable cross section is constructed by using 3DFLAC, and the load bearing capacity of the pile with variable cross section is equal to that of variable cross section pile with variable cross section. In this paper, the numerical models of variable cross section composite pile and equal section pile with variable cross section of high jet are compared. The working characteristics of pile with equal section, variable section pile of step type and high jet type pile with variable cross section under vertical load are compared, and the position of variable diameter is discussed. Different thickness of cement-soil, strength of cement-soil, cohesive force of soil, The influence of internal friction angle of soil on the bearing characteristics of high jet stepped variable cross section composite pile with variable cross section. The numerical simulation results show that the bearing capacity of high jet step variable cross section composite pile with variable cross section is equal to that of step variable cross section pile, the variable diameter position, the thickness of cement soil, and so on. The strength of cement soil, the cohesive force of soil and the angle of internal friction of soil have certain influence on increasing the bearing capacity of single pile and reducing the settlement of pile body.
