中小学教学楼外围护体的空间化设计研究

【摘要】：中小学校作为一类特殊的公共建筑,其空间质量对青少年的身心发展有着不可估量的影响。作为实体围合界面,教学楼的外围护体承担着内、外环境之间的物理和心理双重过渡作用。在当今的工程实践中,围护结构与承重体系的脱离使其拥有了独立的自主形式,在厚度方向上由单层实体面分裂成多层的空腔体系,从而出现了可容纳不同功能和尺度的"空间",引发了主观的空间化设计。这不仅改善了围护体的热工性能,也成为一种新型的立面设计语言,符合了当今国内建筑向复合化、节能化、人性化的发展趋势。文章通过对广义的外围护体空间化案例研究,总结了当代中小学教学楼外围护体空间化的形成因素以及形态功能的表现手法,探索适应当今中小学建筑特点的外围护体空间化设计方法。即结合储藏、遮阳、采光、绿化、休憩、设备放置等需求,完成对外围护体功能的高效整合,实现对外界环境的有效过滤。
[Abstract]:As a special kind of public building, the spatial quality of primary and secondary schools has an inestimable effect on the physical and mental development of young people. The physical and psychological transition between external environments. In today's engineering practice, the separation of the enclosure structure from the load-bearing system makes it have its own independent form, and in the direction of thickness, it is split from a single-layer solid surface into a multi-layer cavity system. As a result, "space" which can accommodate different functions and scales appears, which leads to the subjective design of space. This not only improves the thermal performance of the enclosure, but also becomes a new kind of facade design language, which accords with the present domestic architecture towards the compound. The paper summarizes the forming factors of the outer envelope space of the teaching buildings in modern primary and secondary schools, as well as the expressive methods of the form and function, through the research on the general case study of the outer envelope space, which is the trend of energy saving and humanization. To explore the space design method of outer envelope which adapts to the architectural characteristics of primary and secondary schools, that is, combining the requirements of storage, shading, lighting, greening, rest, equipment placement, etc, to complete the efficient integration of the functions of the outer envelope. Realize the effective filtering of the external environment.
