北京某基坑工程支护设计与数值模拟

【摘要】:深基坑工程多位于人口密集的市区,其周边环境比较复杂。基坑支护设计,不仅要求其稳定性要满足规范,其墙体变形、坑底隆起及周围土体的变形也要满足设计要求。深基坑的开挖有着较强的环境效应,对周围道路、管线、建筑物的影响不能小觑。因此,对基坑的数值模拟分析和变形规律的研究十分重要。本文在理正深基坑7.0软件进行计算的基础上,应用GEO5岩土工程有限元分析软件对北京某基坑的开挖支护过程进行模拟分析,然后与现场监测数据进行对比,来验证支护方案的可靠性与所建数值模型的合理性。本论文的主要研究过程如下:(1)以北京某深基坑工程为研究对象,应用理正深基坑7.0软件对该基坑的北侧进行支护设计,并验算其稳定性,符合规范要求;(2)应用GEO5岩土工程有限元分析软件对该基坑北侧开挖支护过程进行数值模拟,同时分析了基坑的变形规律;(3)将理正深基坑软件计算结果、有限元分析结果与现场监测得到的桩顶水平位移、桩体深层水平位移、地表沉降、基坑坑底隆起量、桩弯矩和桩剪力进行分析比较,验证了支护方案的可靠性与所建模型合理性;(4)通过改变排桩间距、锚索的位置和水平间距,分析了支护结构的布置对基坑变形的影响规律。通过对北京某深基坑的支护设计和数值模拟分析,可以积累基坑支护设计的实践经验,同时对类似条件的深基坑工程也有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Deep foundation pit projects are mostly located in densely populated urban areas, and the surrounding environment is relatively complex. The design of foundation pit support not only requires its stability to meet the specifications, but also the deformation of the wall. The excavation of deep foundation pit has a strong environmental effect, and the influence on the surrounding roads, pipelines and buildings should not be underestimated. It is very important to study the numerical simulation analysis and deformation law of foundation pit. Based on the calculation of Lizheng deep foundation pit 7.0 software, this paper uses GEO5 geotechnical engineering finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the excavation and support process of a foundation pit in Beijing. Then compared with the field monitoring data to verify the reliability of the support scheme and the rationality of the numerical model. The main research process of this paper is as follows: 1) A deep foundation pit project in Beijing is taken as the research object. The support design of the north side of the foundation pit is carried out by using the software of Lizheng Deep Foundation Pit 7.0, and the stability of the foundation pit is checked and calculated. The stability of the foundation pit is verified and the stability of the foundation pit is verified. At the same time, the deformation law of foundation pit is analyzed. The results of software calculation, finite element analysis and field monitoring of pile top displacement, deep horizontal displacement of pile body, ground subsidence, uplift amount of foundation pit bottom are analyzed. Through the analysis and comparison of pile bending moment and pile shear force, it is proved that the reliability of the supporting scheme and the rationality of the established model are verified by changing the spacing of piles, the position and horizontal spacing of anchor cables. The influence of the layout of supporting structure on the deformation of foundation pit is analyzed. The practical experience of foundation pit support design can be accumulated by analyzing the support design and numerical simulation of a deep foundation pit in Beijing. At the same time, it can also be used for reference for deep foundation pit engineering with similar conditions.
