绿色建筑智能控制系统研究与实现

【摘要】:如何将发展与能耗实现有效的平衡是一个时代性的问题,在信息化全面到来的时代背景下,绿色建筑以及智能建筑终将成为建筑的发展趋势,“绿色”则成为了一种理念,而“智能”则是一种手段。在绿色建筑中,建筑的智能化一般应用控制原理、通信技术和建筑设计等知识,实现对室内的环境参数、家用设备、灌溉电磁阀的检测和控制。故本文的主要研究内容如下:对绿色建筑实验房进行现场考察,根据实际情况,制定控制系统中的硬件设备布局方案,包括传感器的布局、ZigBee模块的安装位置、以及执行机构的分布,保证信息的采集较为全面、数据传输途径最优、控制策略有效。通过分析确定合理的硬件设备的布设方案,为绿色建筑智能控制系统的有效实现奠定基础。系统采用Kingview软件结合ZigBee技术建立无线传感网络完成通讯任务,通信协议采用Modbus-RTU协议,将各个传感器采集的数据有效的传送到上位机进行显示和数据储存,灯具、窗帘、新风系统、加湿器等设备的开关控制可通过RS485总线控制相对应的继电器的通断实现。根据实际情况和查阅相关文献,制定有效的控制策略,其中对于灯具、窗帘、加湿器、新风系统采用阈值控制策略;对于灌溉系统,采用手动灌溉、定时灌溉和自动灌溉三种控制方式;对于室内温度控制采用模糊PID控制算法的控制策略,并在MATLAB中进行了仿真实验。对系统的软硬件进行测试,验证其可行性。结果表明,本文设计的智能控制系统采用DHT11、DS18B20、ARN-G2、SM6070等高精度传感器实现了对室内空气温湿度、地暖温度、室内光照强度、二氧化碳浓度、PM2.5、甲醛浓度、家庭用电量等信息的采集,完成了灯具、窗帘、加湿器、新风系统等家用设备的开关控制,基本上满足了绿色智能建筑智能控制系统的设计要求。

In green buildings, the general application of intelligent control principles, communication technology and architectural design, to achieve indoor environmental parameters, household equipment, Therefore, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: the field inspection of the green building experimental room, according to the actual situation, make the hardware equipment layout plan in the control system, Including the sensor layout and the location of the ZigBee module, and the distribution of the actuator to ensure that the collection of information is more comprehensive, the data transmission channel is optimal, and the control strategy is effective. The system adopts Kingview software combined with ZigBee technology to establish wireless sensor network to complete the communication task, and the communication protocol adopts Modbus-RTU protocol. Effectively transfer the data collected by each sensor to the upper computer for display and data storage, lamps, curtains, fresh air systems, The switch control of humidifier and other equipments can be realized by RS485 bus controlling the corresponding relay on and off. According to the actual situation and consulting relevant documents, the effective control strategy is formulated, in which for lamps, curtains, humidifiers, Threshold control strategy is adopted in fresh air system; manual irrigation, timing irrigation and automatic irrigation are used in irrigation system; fuzzy PID control algorithm is used in indoor temperature control. The simulation experiment is carried out in MATLAB, and the software and hardware of the system are tested to verify its feasibility. The results show that the intelligent control system designed in this paper realizes indoor air temperature and humidity and ground temperature by using high precision sensors, such as DHT11C DS18B20 / ARN-G2SSM6070, etc. Indoor lighting intensity, carbon dioxide concentration, PM2.5, formaldehyde concentration, household electricity consumption and other information collection, complete the lamp, curtain, humidifier, fresh air system and other household equipment switch control, Basically meet the green intelligent building intelligent control system design requirements.
