反向翻板滤池在某净水厂改扩建工程中的应用

【摘要】:介绍了反向翻板滤池的工艺特点,并结合某净水厂改扩建工程提出了实践应用中的设计参数。净水厂总设计规模为4×10~4m~3/d,本次改扩建对原2×10~4m~3/d部分净水处理构(建)筑物进行改造,并扩建2×10~4m~3/d净水处理构(建)筑物。针对原净水处理主体工艺的双阀滤池按旧水质标准设计(出水浊度≤3 NTU)、采用穿孔管大阻力配水系统及反冲洗方式为单水反冲洗等不足,对原双阀滤池配水系统和反冲洗方式进行改造,采用多功能滤管布水布气系统和三段式气水反冲洗方式,扩建滤池采用反向翻板滤池。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the technological characteristics of reverse plate filter, and puts forward the design parameters in practical application combined with the reconstruction and extension project of a water purification plant. The total design scale of the water purification plant is 4 脳 10 ~ (4) m ~ (3 / d), and the original 2 脳 10~4m~3/d partial water purification structure (construction) building is modified by this reconstruction and extension.
