重庆地区山地条件下大学主入口景观设计研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,随着经济全球化以及文化知识的发展,科学技术对生产力的推动作用日益剧增,人才作为科学技术的主要创造者,其教育是至关重要的。因此,我国也进一步提高了对教育事业的重视,特别是高等教育建设在2000年前后呈现出快速发展的态势,大学建设性质发生变化,大学出现扩建、改建以及新建等趋势,使大学主入口的空间规模、空间布局以及功能要求等受着高校发展的影响。。重庆作为四大直辖市之一,也属于典型的山地城市,近年来,山地大学建设如火如荼,由于山地条件下大学主入口所处的地形、交通形态、城市区位等的不同,表现出多样的空间布局、丰富的竖向变化,但也存在用地紧张、交通组织混乱、空间尺度不合理、空间组织无序等问题。本文以山地条件下大学主入口为研究对象,在明确山地条件下大学主入口的研究背景、目的意义的基础上,以山地城市景观学理论和外部空间设计理论等相关理论为基础,对山地条件下大学主入口的相关概念进行解释,阐述了山地条件下大学主入口的功能、空间构成以及分类。总结出山地条件下大学主入口景观设计的五大影响因素,即地形因素、城市空间因素、校园本体因素、人为因素、人文环境因素。选取重庆主城区山地条件下大学主入口为调查对象,对山地条件下大学主入口景观进行调查,并从中选择6个具有典型代表性的山地条件下大学主入口作为重点研究对象,通过运用文献研究、实例调研、归纳总结三种研究方法对上升式和下降式不同类型主入口景观的主入口选址、空间组织形式、竖向处理形式、交通组织形式、文化内涵体现五个方面进行分析探讨,并分析总结山地条件下大学主入口的构成要素。通过对重庆主城区山地条件下大学主入口景观进行调查、分析,总结山地条件下大学上升式和下降式不同类型主入口景观的主入口选址、空间组织形式、竖向处理形式、交通组织形式、文化内涵体现以及构成要素的现状,并总结其特征和存在的问题。最后,根据山地条件下大学主入口存在的问题,探讨山地条件下大学主入口的设计原则和策略,形成本文的研究成果:(1)指出山地条件下大学主入口要遵循的基本设计原则:整体性、因地制宜、体现校园文化、突出山地特色、复合功能性、人性化、生态性。(2)从调研的六方面内容提出山地条件下大学主入口景观设计的策略。主入口选址策略:主入口选址应具有适宜的环境,主入口选址应遵循校园总体规划,主入口选址应结合地形,因地制宜,主入口选址应具有方便的城市交通。主入口空间组织形式策略:递进式在功能空间布局上,沿着中轴线将校外过渡空间、大学门体空间、校内引导空间等逐一展开布置;分散式各功能空间之间应紧密连接,加强空间之间的联系,使主入口各功能空间形成整体性和统一性;复合式应利用主轴线将主要功能空间布置,其余并列的场地在轴线两侧布置形成具有休闲、休憩等的场所。主入口竖向处理形式:合理利用地形地貌,创造多层次立体空间;美化竖向界面,形成层次丰富的景观。主入口交通组织形式:动态交通组织设计应实现人车分流、立体交通的方式,静态交通组织设计应充分发挥隐形停车场地,利用地下停车场地。主入口文化内涵体现的策略:体现校园文化,展示校园特色;挖掘地域文化,展示城市特色。主入口构成要素:把控空间尺度,营造良好交往空间:丰富植物种类与配置,创造舒适林下空间。

In this paper under the condition of the main entrance of mountain University as the research object, the research background of University under the condition of the main entrance of the clear mountain, based on the purpose and significance, to mountain city landscape theory and exterior space design theory other related theories explain the related concept of University under the condition of the main entrance of the mountain, expounds the main entrance of the University under the conditions of the mountain regions, spatial composition and classification. Human factors, cultural factors.
