自密实炉渣混凝土性能试验研究

【摘要】:采用单因素试验方法研究水胶比及粉煤灰取代率对自密实炉渣混凝土的工作性能、表观密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:以炉渣作为骨料配制出的自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能符合JGJ/T 283—2012的要求,粉煤灰取代率对自密实炉渣混凝土各项性能影响相比水胶比变化更为显著。自密实炉渣混凝土的最优水胶比为0.42,粉煤灰取代率为70.0%,此时混凝土表观密度为1645.5 kg/m~3,28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为16.3、2.2 MPa。
[Abstract]:The performance of self-compacting slag concrete by water-binder ratio and fly ash replacement ratio was studied by single factor test method. The effect of apparent density and mechanical properties. The results show that the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete made of slag as aggregate meets the requirements of JGJ/T 283-2012. The effect of the replacement ratio of fly ash on the properties of self-compacting slag concrete is more significant than that of water-binder ratio. The optimum water-binder ratio of self-compacting slag concrete is 0.42, and the replacement ratio of fly ash is 70.0.The apparent density of concrete is 1645.5 kg / m ~ (-1) ~ 3 ~ (28) d. The flexural strength was 16.3 and 2.2 MPa, respectively.
