典型公共建筑群区域供冷冷源方案的优选研究

【摘要】:区域供冷系统冷源方案的选择是区域供冷系统设计的一个重要环节。冷源方案的选择关系到整个系统的初投资、运行费用、运行能耗以及对环境的影响。因此,客观全面地对区域供冷系统冷源方案进行比较分析,以可持续发展的思路确定合理的冷源方案对区域供冷系统的进一步优化和发展有一定推动作用。本文以夏热冬冷地区中的典型代表城市重庆作为研究对象,建立该地区的典型公共建筑模型,并对其采用区域供冷系统时的冷源方案进行优选研究。从经济、技术、环境三个方面对四种冷源方案进行对比,并利用层次分析法综合考虑经济指标、技术指标和环境指标对冷源方案选择的影响,得到不同情况下四种冷源方案的优选排序。基于国内外区域供冷系统的研究现状,结合该地区区域供冷技术应用的实际情况,确定四种典型的冷源方案为本文的研究对象:压缩式制冷机组作为冷源的冷源方案、吸收式制冷机组作为冷源的冷源方案、压缩式制冷机组与冰蓄冷技术结合的冷源方案和利用吸收式制冷机组制冷的冷热电三联供系统作为冷源的冷源方案。针对四种冷源方案的经济性分析,本文首先建立了办公建筑、商场建筑和酒店建筑三类典型公共建筑模型,并对其负荷进行计算。以此为基础计算了四种冷源方案的初投资费用和运行费用,得到压缩式制冷机组作为冷源时的初投资费用最低,冰蓄冷方案的运行费用最低。然后,利用费用现值法计算四种冷源方案的经济指标,得到冰蓄冷方案的经济性最好。针对四种冷源方案的技术性分析,本文从能量转换效率入手,结合一次能源的使用情况,计算四种冷源方案中既能反映能源利用情况又能反映能量转换情况的一次能源利用率,得到冷热电三联供方案的一次能源利用率最高,从而得到评价冷源方案的技术指标。利用综合评价方法对四种冷源方案的环境影响进行分析,得到冷热电三联供方案的综合评价值最小,则其对环境的影响最小。最后利用层次分析法综合考虑经济指标、技术指标和环境指标对冷源方案选择的影响,根据各指标相对重要性的不同,得到不同情况下四种冷源方案的优选排序,当经济指标较重要时,冰蓄冷方案最优;当技术指标或环境指标较重要时,冷热电三联供方案最优。
[Abstract]:The selection of cold source scheme for regional cooling system is an important link in the design of regional cooling system. The selection of cold source scheme is related to the initial investment, operation cost, operating energy consumption and environmental impact of the whole system. The cold source schemes of regional cooling system are compared and analyzed objectively and comprehensively. The rational cold source scheme can promote the further optimization and development of the regional cooling system. This paper takes Chongqing, a typical city in the hot summer and cold winter area, as the research object. The model of typical public buildings in this area is established, and the cold source scheme when it adopts regional cooling system is studied. Four cold source schemes are compared from three aspects: economy, technology and environment. The influence of economic index, technical index and environment index on cold source scheme selection is considered synthetically by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the optimal selection order of four cold source schemes under different conditions is obtained. Based on the current research situation of regional cooling system at home and abroad, According to the application of regional cooling technology in this area, four typical cold source schemes are selected as the object of this paper: the compression refrigeration unit as the cold source, the absorption refrigeration unit as the cold source, the absorption refrigeration unit as the cold source, and the absorption refrigeration unit as the cold source. The cold source scheme of compressing refrigeration unit combined with ice storage technology and the cold source scheme using the cold heat and electricity triple supply system of absorption refrigeration unit as the cold source. The economic analysis of four kinds of cold source schemes is carried out. In this paper, three typical public building models, namely office building, shopping mall building and hotel building, are established, and their loads are calculated. Based on these models, the initial investment cost and operating cost of four cold source schemes are calculated. It is obtained that the initial investment cost of the compressor refrigeration unit is the lowest and the operation cost of the ice storage scheme is the lowest when the compressor is used as the cold source. Then, the economic indexes of the four cold source schemes are calculated by using the present cost value method. According to the technical analysis of four cold source schemes, this paper starts with the energy conversion efficiency and combines the use of primary energy. The primary energy efficiency of the four cold source schemes, which can reflect both the energy utilization and the energy conversion, is calculated. Therefore, the technical index of evaluating cold source scheme is obtained. The environmental impact of four cold source schemes is analyzed by using comprehensive evaluation method, and the comprehensive evaluation value of three cold source schemes is obtained as the minimum. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to synthetically consider the influence of economic, technical and environmental indicators on the selection of cold source schemes, according to the relative importance of each index. The optimal selection order of four cold source schemes under different conditions is obtained. When the economic index is more important, the ice storage scheme is optimal, and when the technical index or environmental index is more important, the cold heat and electricity triple supply scheme is the best.
