建筑排风隔热外窗区域模型的实验验证

【摘要】:排风隔热窗可以充分利用空调排风的低品位能,使外窗室内侧玻璃表面温度接近于室内空气温度,从而减少外窗形成的空调负荷。本文采用区域模型法,通过单元能量平衡分析,建立排风隔热窗的二维传热数学模型。搭建排风隔热窗的测试实验台,开展其热特性的实验研究,利用实测数据验证模型建立过程中二维简化方法的正确性,以及通过实验数据与模拟计算结果的比较,验证模型本身的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The exhaust air insulation window can make full use of the low grade energy of the air conditioning exhaust air, and make the surface temperature of the outer window side glass close to the indoor air temperature, thus reducing the air conditioning load formed by the outer window. Through the energy balance analysis of the unit, the two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model of the exhaust air insulation window is established. The test bench of the exhaust air insulation window is built, and the experimental study on its thermal characteristics is carried out. The validity of the two-dimensional simplified method in the process of establishing the model is verified by the measured data, and the reliability of the model is verified by comparing the experimental data with the simulation results.
