S公司消防系统改造项目成本控制研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,建筑物越来越多、越来越密、越来越高,消防系统改造工程项目也不断增加。对于大型消防系统改造工程项目而言,具有整体规模大,管道线路铺设多,质量要求高,成本控制压力大等特点。在保证质量的前提下,消防系统改造工程项目成本控制成功与否就是项目成功与否的关键之一。因此,研究消防系统改造工程项目成本控制问题,使得项目成本控制在预算之内,具有一定的现实应用价值,同时对于同类项目成本控制也具有借鉴意义。论文以S公司消防系统改造工程项目为对象,运用文献法、调查法和案例分析法研究其成本控制问题。首先,阐述了论文研究的背景、研究目的及研究意义,并对国内外相关研究现状进行了综述与评价,在此基础上确定了本文的研究内容及研究思路;其次,概述了项目成本控制的基本内涵,项目成本控制理论和项目成本方法,为后续分析问题和解决问题奠定理论与方法基础;再次,介绍了S公司消防系统改造工程项目的概况,重点介绍了项目成本控制现状,并对其存在的问题及其成因进行了分析;然后,针对上问题及其成因,设计了S公司消防系统改造工程项目成本控制改进方案;最后,针对上述改进方案从组织、制度、技术、安全四个方面提出了保障措施。对S公司消防系统改造工程项目成本控制研究的主要目的是:一是检验现有成本控制方法,二是总结其存在的问题,三是提出有效改进方案及其保障措施,为今后类似工程提供理论指导和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, more and more buildings become more and more dense, higher and higher.For the large fire protection system reconstruction project, it has the characteristics of large scale, more pipeline laying, high quality requirement and high cost control pressure.On the premise of ensuring quality, the success of cost control is one of the keys to the success of the project.Therefore, it is of practical value to study the project cost control of fire protection system reconstruction project, which makes the project cost control within the budget, and also has reference significance for the similar project cost control.This paper takes S company fire protection system reconstruction project as the object, uses the literature method, the investigation method and the case analysis method to study its cost control problem.Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the research are described, and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized and evaluated. On this basis, the research contents and research ideas are determined.The basic connotation of project cost control, the theory of project cost control and the method of project cost control are summarized.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of project cost control, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and then, aiming at the above problems and causes, designs the project cost control and improvement scheme of S Company fire protection system reform project.In view of the above improvement program from the organization, system, technology, safety four aspects of security measures.The main purpose of the research on the cost control of the fire protection system renovation project of S Company is: first, to test the existing cost control methods; second, to summarize the existing problems; third, to put forward the effective improvement scheme and its safeguard measures.To provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for similar projects in the future.
