【摘要】：项目管理主要反映在进度、成本和质量三个方面,这三个方面通常称为项目管理的三要素。进度、成本和质量有着相互影响的关系。项目进度实施过程往往会产生项目质量的下降和项目成本的增加,因此对项目进行进度管理可以减少项目进度对项目造成的损失。GD产品质量监督检验研究院是国家质量监督检验检疫总局和GD省质量技术监督局属下的法定第三方专门从事产品质量检验和认证的机构,主要业务包括各级政府的定期监督检验、专项监督检验以及委托业务。新一届政府上台后,凭着用壮士断腕之力进行了大刀阔斧的改革,质检机构将完成机构的整合和转企改制。政府的产品质量监督检验费不再向企业收取,这令事业单位性质的质检机构在业务收入方面面临着前所未有的挑战。为了避免业务的大幅下滑,一批新兴检测项目相继上马,家具防火阻燃实验室建设项目是其中之一。本文运用项目进度管理相关理论,对家具防火阻燃实验室建设项目进度计划的制定和进度计划的控制进行详细的论证研究。具体上,通过分解项目工作结构,绘制甘特图,分析关键路径后确定项目的进度计划。然后以项目进度计划为依据对进度计划进行控制,建立完善的项目进度控制系统,并对项目的事前、事中和事后进行全面的控制。在项目计划的实施过程中,对项目进度进行持续的跟踪检查,收集项目进度信息,安排固定例会,形成项目进度报告。运用非匀速甘特图比较法和设置里程碑的技术和方法,对项目的实际进度与计划进度进行比较。当项目进度发生偏差时,找出进度偏差产生的原因,并提出解决问题的措施,用以调整项目进度计划,最终确保计划的总工期得以实现。
[Abstract]:Project management is mainly reflected in three aspects: schedule, cost and quality, which are usually called three elements of project management.Progress, cost, and quality are interacted with each other.The process of implementing the project schedule often leads to the decline of project quality and the increase of project cost.Therefore, the project schedule management can reduce the loss caused by the project schedule. GD Product quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute is the legal third party under the State General Administration of quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the GD Provincial Bureau of quality and Technical Supervision.Institutions specializing in product quality inspection and certification,The main business includes regular supervision and inspection of governments at all levels, special supervision and inspection and entrusting business.After the new government came to power, with the strength of breaking the wrist, the quality inspection organization will complete the integration of the organization and the transformation of the enterprise system.The government's product quality supervision and inspection fee is no longer charged to enterprises, which makes the quality inspection organizations of institutions face unprecedented challenges in terms of business income.In order to avoid a sharp decline in business, a number of new testing projects have been launched, furniture fire-proof and flame-retardant laboratory construction project is one of them.Based on the theory of project schedule management, this paper makes a detailed demonstration and study on the establishment and control of the progress plan of furniture fire proof and flame retardant laboratory construction project.Specifically, the project schedule is determined by decomposing the project work structure, drawing Gantt chart and analyzing the critical path.Then, based on the project schedule, the project schedule is controlled, a perfect project schedule control system is established, and the overall control of the project is carried out in advance, during and after the project.During the implementation of the project plan, keep track of the progress of the project, collect the information of the progress of the project, arrange a regular meeting, and form the progress report of the project.The actual progress of the project is compared with the planned progress by using the non-uniform Gantt chart comparison method and the techniques and methods of setting milestones.When the project schedule deviates, the cause of the project schedule deviation is found, and the measures to solve the problem are put forward to adjust the project schedule plan, and finally to ensure that the total schedule of the plan can be realized.
