益阳市鱼形山智慧谷科技产业园中心区景观设计

【摘要】：在高新技术快速发展的今天,科技产业园的建设对我国经济的发展起到了十分重要的推动作用。在国际经济发展趋势和我国政策引导之下,我国各个地区的科技产业园建设也蓬勃发展起来,而鱼形山智慧谷产业园就是目前正在建设中的科技产业园,作为正在建设中的新型科技产业园,它的建设应该改变过去传统的发展模式,园区不再是以单一的工业建筑为主,更多的是考虑园区工作人员对工作环境的需求和园区的外部景观空间设计。本文首先介绍我国科技产业园的建设背景,接着分析国内外的科技产业园的发展模式,结合我国科技产业园发展的实际情况,充分挖掘我国科技产业园中优秀的园区景观设计模式,为设计实践提供一定的借鉴作用。通过实地考察,对益阳市鱼形山智慧谷科技产业园的建设现状进行深入的了解和分析,在现状调研的基础上对益阳市鱼形山智慧谷科技产业园所存在的问题进行归纳和总结,探讨在保留当地原有自然景观与人文特色的基础上,提出鱼形山智慧谷科技产业园中心区景观设计理念、设计原则和设计对策,通过规划科技产业园中心区的道路与景观小品设施,从而对鱼形山智慧谷科技产业园进行了整体的景观设计。最后,对全文进行总结和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high and new technology, the construction of science and technology industry park has played a very important role in the economic development of our country.Under the guidance of the international economic development trend and China's policies, the construction of science and technology industrial parks in various regions of our country has also flourished. The Yuzhoushan Wisdom Valley Industrial Park is the science and technology industry park under construction at present.As a new type of science and technology industrial park under construction, its construction should change the traditional development model in the past. The park is no longer dominated by a single industrial building.More consideration is given to the staff's needs for the work environment and the design of the external landscape space of the park.This paper first introduces the background of the construction of science and technology industry park in China, then analyzes the development mode of science and technology industry park at home and abroad, and combines the actual situation of the development of science and technology industry park in our country.Fully excavate the excellent landscape design pattern of our country's science and technology industry park, and provide some reference for the design practice.Through on-the-spot investigation, this paper makes a deep understanding and analysis of the present construction situation of Yuzhuangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park in Yiyang City, and sums up and summarizes the problems existing in the Yiyang Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park on the basis of the investigation and investigation of the present situation.On the basis of preserving the local natural landscape and humanistic characteristics, this paper puts forward the concept of landscape design, design principles and design countermeasures in the center of Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park.By planning the roads and landscape facilities in the central area of the Science and Technology Industry Park, the overall landscape design of the Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park was carried out.Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
