预应力混凝土压浆料流变性能测试

【摘要】:通过测试在规定的水胶比条件下压浆料的的流动度、坍落扩展度、粘度三个指标的变化规律,给出了压浆料的流动度与坍落扩展度、流动度与粘度的定量关系。结果表明:压浆料的流动度与坍落扩展度,流动度与粘度呈线性变化规律,满足JTG/T F50-2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的压浆料流动度指标条件下压浆料的坍落扩展度为356~272 mm,压浆料的粘度为395×10~(-3)~2023×10~(-3)Pa·s,满足TB/T 3192-2008《铁路后张法预应力混凝土梁管道压浆技术条件》的压浆料流动度指标条件下压浆料的坍落扩展度为308~212 mm,粘度为1325×10~(-3)~3186×10~(-3)Pa·s。坍落扩展度的测试方法简单和方便,有利于实际工程的应用。
[Abstract]:By testing the variation law of flow degree, collapse spread degree and viscosity index under the specified water / binder ratio, the quantitative relationship between flow degree and collapse extension degree, flow degree and viscosity is given.The results show that the flowability and collapse extension, the fluidity and viscosity of the slurry vary linearly.Under the condition of JTG/T F50-2011 (Technical Specification for Highway Bridge and culvert Construction), the collapsing and spreading degree of grouting material and viscosity of grouting material are 356n / 272mm and 2023 脳 10~(-3)Pa / s respectively, respectively, which meet the requirements of TB/T 3192-2008 for grouting technology of Zhang Fa prestressed concrete beam pipe after railway.Under the condition of the flowability index of the pressure-size, the collapsing and spreading degree of the compacted slurry is 308 ~ 212mm, and the viscosity is 1325 脳 10 ~ (-1) -3186x 10~(-3)Pa ~ s.The test method of collapse extension is simple and convenient, which is propitious to the application of practical engineering.
