乐清市村庄空间特征研究

【摘要】：村庄是人们从原始聚居状态不断发展而成的。村庄空间的形成,受到周边地理环境、历史发展条件等外部因素的影响。村庄空间是人们主要的活动场所,人们的日常生活、交流和劳作生产都在此间发生,这些活动影响着人们对村庄空间的塑造,所以往往形成的是带有地域性特征的活动空间。但随着我国经济的发展,城镇化建设的推进,村庄空间的特征往往在建设中被忽略了,村庄建设的均质化、趋同化问题越来越严重。人们渐渐意识到村庄空间特征需要我们去塑造和传承。在浙江省推出的《美丽乡村建设规划》和《村庄设计导则》中可以看出对于维护村庄空间形态和村庄空间序列的重视,乐清市也在积极落实“美丽乡村建设”过程中出台了《乐清市美丽乡村建设总体规划》。乐清市是一个多地形的县级市,在市域的西北端是山区,在中部多是一些丘陵地,市域的东南部是沿海地带,平原区域较少。市域内的经济发展也较不平衡,南部的大镇的经济发达,村庄往往都有了自己的产业,所以发展的较快,北部由于经济和交通条件的影响,村庄发展缓慢,有的甚至就此慢慢消亡。在中部地区多是丘陵及水网平原,村庄依靠特色产业,也得到了不同程度的发展。总体来看乐清村庄在经济,地形,资源等条件影响下有着丰富的村庄空间特征。在上述背景下,作者借助参加住建部村镇司课题——《改善农村人居环境基础性系列研究》的子课题《农村住房建设和使用情况调查》进行之机对乐清地区的村庄进行了实地调研。在确定样本选择的具体原则下,作者选取了近三十个样本村庄进行入村入户的调研,对样本村庄内的村民和村官进行了关于村庄空间相关内容的深入交谈。在此同时,首先对村庄的整体空间形态进行由外部至内部的逐层次调研;其次对村庄的各部公共空间进行深入调研,包括村庄的入口空间、街巷空间以及村庄的公共中心等;最后对于村庄近些年来变化最为巨大的民居建筑空间进行分类调研。实地的调研为研究的展开铺垫了基础,为今后研究村庄空间特征的传承和塑造对策提供了基础性的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Villages have evolved from a state of primordial concentration.The formation of village space is influenced by external factors, such as the surrounding geographical environment, historical development conditions and so on.The village space is people's main activity place, people's daily life, the exchange and the labor production all take place here, these activities influence people to the village space mold, so often forms the activity space which has the regional characteristic.However, with the development of our economy and the development of urbanization, the characteristics of village space are often ignored in the construction, the homogenization of village construction and the problem of convergence are becoming more and more serious.People gradually realize that the characteristics of the village space need us to shape and inherit.In the "beautiful rural construction planning" and the "guidelines for village design" launched in Zhejiang Province, we can see that the importance of maintaining the village spatial form and the village spatial sequence can be seen.Yueqing also actively implemented the "beautiful rural construction" in the process of the "Yueqing City beautiful rural construction master plan".Yueqing City is a county-level city with many landforms. It is mountainous at the northwest end of the city area and some hilly land in the central part. The southeast part of the city area is the coastal zone and the plain area is less.The economic development in the city area is also relatively uneven. The economy of the big towns in the south is developed, and the villages often have their own industries, so they develop faster. Because of the influence of economic and traffic conditions in the north, the development of villages is slow.Some are even dying out.In the central region is mostly hilly and water network plain, the village depends on the characteristic industry, has also obtained the varying degree development.As a whole, Yueqing village has rich spatial characteristics under the influence of economy, topography, resources and so on.Against this background,The author has carried out a field investigation on the villages in Yueqing area with the help of the sub-project "investigation on the Construction and use of Rural Housing", which is a sub-topic of "basic Research on improving Rural Habitat Environment", which is the subject of the Department of Village and Town Affairs of the Ministry of Housing Construction and Construction in Yueqing.On the basis of determining the specific principles of sample selection, the author selects nearly 30 sample villages to conduct household investigation, and makes a deep conversation about the spatial contents of the villages with villagers and village officials in the sample villages.At the same time, the whole space form of the village is investigated from outside to inside, and the public space of every part of the village is investigated, including the entrance space, the street space and the public center of the village.Finally, the village in recent years the most tremendous changes in residential space classification survey.Field investigation lays the foundation for the development of the research, and provides the basic technical support for the future research on the inheritance of the village spatial characteristics and the shaping countermeasures.
