“米公寓”时代-极小型居住空间设计研究

【摘要】：住宅是人类生存和发展的重要物质载体。在城市居住用地有限的前提下,为满足大量增长的居住需求,极小型居住空间的出现成为解决我国特殊阶段城市人口居住问题的一种有效方式。也是对建筑形式多样性的探索,和对我国现有建筑种类的补充。极小型居住空间使用面积有限,但人们的日常生活的需求却越来越多样,面积和使用之间存在很大的矛盾。通过本课题的研究,提高极小型居住空间的面积利用率,改善极小型居住空间的使用品质,适当缓解我国社会当前存在的社会矛盾。为今后极小型居住空间的设计提供参考,更好的服务于社会。主要由4个部分组成:第一章论述课题的背景,辨析与之相关的概念,从而确定本课题研究的主要范围,明确研究目的与意义,综述国内外相关的研究课题。第二章研究对极小型居住空间起支撑作用的的相关理论,了解人体尺度跟居住空间产生的作用关系。第三章,分析国内外经典案例,对极小型居住空间有一个初步的认识。通过典型项目的实地调研,了解现有极小型居住空间存在的问题,和需要改进的地方。第四章极小型居住空间设计策略研究总结——引入“空间回路”思想,从平面、立体空间、时间维度不同方面复合设计策略、功能单位的模块化设计以及家具的集约化设计和新生活理念的建立。
[Abstract]:Housing is an important material carrier for human survival and development.Under the premise of limited urban residential land, in order to meet a large number of residential needs, the emergence of very small residential space has become an effective way to solve the problem of urban population living in special stage of our country.It is also the exploration of the diversity of architectural forms and the supplement to the existing types of buildings in China.The use area of very small living space is limited, but the demand of people's daily life is more and more diverse, there is a great contradiction between area and use.Through the research of this subject, we can improve the utilization ratio of the very small living space, improve the quality of the use of the very small living space, and properly alleviate the social contradictions existing in our society at present.To provide reference for the design of very small living space in the future, better serve the society.It is mainly composed of four parts: the first chapter discusses the background of the subject, discriminates and analyzes the related concepts, so as to determine the main scope of this research, clear the purpose and significance of the research, and summarize the related research topics at home and abroad.The second chapter studies the relevant theories which support the very small living space, and understands the relationship between the human body scale and the living space.The third chapter, analyzes the domestic and foreign classical case, has a preliminary understanding to the extremely small living space.Through the field investigation of typical projects, understand the existing problems of very small living space, and the areas that need to be improved.Chapter IV Summary of the Research on the Design Strategy of Minitype living Space-introducing the idea of "Space Loop", compound Design Strategy from different aspects of plane, Stereo Space and time Dimension,The modular design of functional units and the intensive design of furniture and the establishment of new life concept.
