云南CM广场智能化建设项目的时间管理研究

【摘要】：本文主要是结合所学的项目管理理论知识与部分经济学的基础知识,针对云南CM广场智能化建设项目的建设管理过程的需要,对云南CM广场智能化建设项目建设进行时间管理研究,为了避免工期延误,对项目的各施工阶段进行有效的时间安排,保证项目的进度,提高项目的效率。本文是项目管理理论和方法在云南CM广场智能化建设项目建设管理中的有机结合与合理应用,此举有助于形成更合理化的时间管理理念,通过对云南CM广场智能化建设项目时间管理研究,在施工阶段延误的情况下,优化剩余施工阶段的时间,提高对项目建设潜在风险的管理与控制,使项目时间安排合理,管控时间,有助于项目效益最大化。首先,简单阐述一下选题的背景、目的、研究方法和意义,再介绍一下项目时间管理理论的国内外发展概况,包括PERT、CPM和CCPM等;其次,通过对"云南CM广场"建设项目大体情况的概述,加深对本项目的了解,为接下来的分析和研究打下坚实的基础;最后,针对"云南CM广场"建设项目的具体情况,逐级地对本项目进行项目时间管理的相关分析,并对项目实施过程中可能存在的进度问题或者风险加以预防,同时给出应对建议。本论文的资料数据来源于该工程项目的实际,是作者在项目管理过程中的体会与感想。本论文对工程项目的管理者具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:This paper is combined with the study of the basic knowledge of project management theory and knowledge economics, according to the project construction of Yunnan CM square intelligent construction management process, research on time management of project construction in Yunnan CM square of intelligent construction, in order to avoid the delay of the project, each construction stage for effective schedule to ensure the progress of the project, improve the efficiency of the project. This paper is a combination of the theories and methods of project management in the construction management of construction projects in Yunnan CM square of the intelligent and reasonable application, which contributes to the formation of a more reasonable time management concept, through the study on time management of project construction in Yunnan CM square smart, delay in construction stage, optimization of the construction phase of the remaining time, improve the management and control of project construction potential risks, make the project schedule reasonably, control time That helps to maximize project benefits. Firstly, briefly elaborates the background, purpose, research methods and significance, and then introduces the development situation, the project time management theory at home and abroad, including PERT, CPM and CCPM; secondly, through an overview of the "Yunnan CM square" construction project general situation, deepen on the understanding of the project, to analyze and study the next lay a solid foundation; finally, according to the specific situation of Yunnan CM square construction project, analyze the project time management of the project step by step, and the implementation of the project process schedule problems or risk prevention, and given the response the data source of this paper. In the actual project, and some experience is in the process of project management. The author has strong guidance and reference meaning of this thesis is the management of engineering project.
