Citect系统在大区域供暖中应用的研究

【摘要】:随着计算机技术和自动控制技术的发展,集中监控系统在各领域得到了广泛的应用。在供热系统当中,集中控制能够即时观察系统整体运行状态,第一时间发现故障隐患,为系统的稳定运行提供重要保障。因此,为供热系统配备集中控制功能已成为必然趋势。某大型工业企业占地面积广,各建筑相对分散,全公司的的日常生产和生活用热,均由该厂区的锅炉房及附属换热站、混水机组提供,然而原有的供热监控系统功能缺失,无法满足实际需求。Vijeo Citect是施耐德电气的监控软件,能够提供可靠性高,扩展性强的监控系统,轻松满足各类需求。经过参考国内外供热监控系统的成功案例,并对本项目具体情况进行分析,该企业拟利用Citect建立一套大区域供暖监控系统,使用专用网络,将供热系统内的设备运行参数和管网信息传输至中控室,实现从热源到末端全部设备的实时集中控制。该系统达到了预期设计目标,给热网运行提供便利,提高了整个供热系统的可靠性,同时对实现节能减排具有重要意义。论文根据项目实际情况,分析说明了建立此大区域供暖监控系统的过程,对方案设计和项目实施过程中遇到的问题进行了探讨,重点阐述了Citect软件在应用实例中的使用方式和功能特点,同时还展示了本项目成果,并对Citect在同类项目的应用进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and automatic control technology, centralized monitoring system has been widely used in various fields.In the heating system, the centralized control can observe the whole operation state of the system immediately, and find the hidden trouble in the first time, which provides an important guarantee for the stable operation of the system.Therefore, the central control function for the heating system has become an inevitable trend.A large industrial enterprise occupies a wide area, each building is relatively scattered, the daily production and daily living heat of the whole company are provided by the boiler room in the factory area and its auxiliary heat exchange station, water mixing unit, but the function of the original heating monitoring system is missing.Vijeo Citect is the monitoring software of Schneider Electric, which can provide high reliability and expansibility monitoring system, and can easily meet all kinds of requirements.After referring to the successful cases of domestic and foreign heating monitoring system, and analyzing the specific situation of this project, the enterprise plans to use Citect to establish a large area heating monitoring system, using a special network,The equipment operation parameters and pipe network information in the heating system are transmitted to the central control room to realize the real-time centralized control of all the equipments from the heat source to the end.The system achieves the expected design goal, facilitates the operation of the heating network, improves the reliability of the whole heating system, and is of great significance to the realization of energy saving and emission reduction.According to the actual situation of the project, this paper analyzes and explains the process of establishing the large area heating monitoring system, and discusses the problems encountered in the design and implementation of the project.The application mode and function characteristics of Citect software in application cases are expounded, and the results of this project are also presented. The application of Citect in similar projects is prospected.
