“街巷”的多样性空间在商业街区中的运用

【摘要】：进入21世纪的中国,随着城市化的发展,城市的物质环境发生了翻天覆地的变化,但是“街巷”作为城市生活的重要载体,在国际化的进程中,“街巷”活动却逐渐变得单一。在人让位于车的境况之下,“街巷”空间不再具有宜人的交往作用。正是由于缺失了“街巷”联系的社会交往活动后,城市居民的精神生活便也缺失了一份舒适和自在。我们要明确城市的核心价值是为居民提供宜人舒适的生活空间,而不仅仅是单一追求城市的经济价值或政治价值。纵观人类的城市发展史,城市发展的本质就是一个城市空间价值逻辑的进化史。与价值逻辑相对应的就是一系列空间标志物,这些空间标志物共存在一起,形成一种超现实的叠加场景。这种叠加就是价值逻辑由单一演化为多样性的反映。它是人类社会发展的必然趋势。显然我们要顺应人类的发展趋势,去建构一种多样性的城市环境。而“街巷”就是城市环境的构成细胞之一。只有弄清楚了如何建构“街巷”空间的多样性,才能更好地创造出整个城市的多样性环境。本论文就是在这样的背景之下,通过梳理中国城市“街巷”空间的多样性演变过程,分析得出“街巷”空间多样性不足的原因,并指出“街巷”空间多样性的构成要素。同时本文认为,“街巷”空间的多样性对于城市具有非常重要的社会和经济价值,而对这种价值最好地体现就是城市商业街区。因此,本文以“街巷”的多样性空间在商业街区中的运用为例,探讨了“街巷”空间多样性的设计方法。在大量查阅文献的基础上,以实地调研法和优秀案例解析法为主。论文按照首先提出问题,接着针对问题进行分析,最后探究得出解决问题的方法这一过程进行研究。具体来说,论文第一章绪论部分,通过文献综述梳理总结了国内外“街巷”相关理论研究的现状,认为在现阶段关于“街巷”空间多样性设计的理论研究和实践尚存在不足。论文第二章梳理了中国“街巷”空间多样性的演变过程,指出解放后的中国城市“街巷”空间的多样性存在不足。论文第三章提出了“街巷”空间多样性的构成要素和价值意义,并指出“街巷”空间的多样性最具典型的运用就是商业街区。论文第四章选取了国内具有代表性的四个商业街区为例,进行了“街巷”空间多样性的设计方法分析。论文第五章总结讨论了商业街区中“街巷”空间多样性的设计方法,并以天水西关历史文化商业街区和西宁唐道640城市人文商业街区为例,对“街巷”的多样性空间的设计方法进行了实践运用。通过以上的研究过程,论文分别从精神层面和物质层面两个角度分析了“街巷”空间的多样性设计。其中精神层面指的是文化包容下的多样性,它具体体现在人们行为的多样,比如“街巷”空间提供的体验互动、拒绝或接纳、过渡和直接、可变和固定等。而物质层面的多样性指的是功能复合和形式多样。正是通过物质的多样,进而激发和促进行为的多样。而行为的多样,恰恰是城市生活内容多样和城市文化多样包容的反映,更是“街巷”空间多样性的真正价值。
