【摘要】：在社会经济飞速发展,人们越来越向往高质量精神、文化、自然的享受的大环境下,乡村型度假村旅游也越来越受到人们的关注和向往。未来学家甘赫曼表示人类社会发展的第四次浪潮是“休闲时代”。最大的变化就在于传统的旅游目的将被休闲、娱乐和疗养康复所取代。农业产业的快速发展也带动了其他产业链的衍生,现代农业的发展不仅仅以生产为其单一目的,还满足了改善环境质量,提供农村旅游,观光,休闲,人们在生活节奏加快和竞争日趋紧张激烈的生活环境下,越来越渴望去原生态的环境中去放松自己。在农业和旅游业容错交织的前提下,新兴产业应运而生。设计的完善可以使这一新兴产业健康有序发展。本文通过对吉斗寨的重新定位,从对基本分析和设计布局的研究,根据农村和山区的具体情况,乡村型度假村国内外成功设计技术的应用和参考,来设计吉斗寨这种独特的旅游度假型度假村景观,希望以此能为现今的乡村型度假村的景观设计提供一定的理论和应用的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, people are more and more yearning for high-quality spirit, culture, natural enjoyment of the environment, rural resort tourism is more and more people's attention and yearning.The futurist Gamelman says the fourth wave of human social development is the "leisure age".The biggest change is that traditional travel purposes will be replaced by leisure, recreation and recuperation.The rapid development of the agricultural industry has also led to the derivation of other industrial chains. The development of modern agriculture is not only for the sole purpose of production, but also meets the requirements of improving the quality of the environment, providing rural tourism, sightseeing, and leisure.People are more and more eager to relax themselves in the environment of quickening pace of life and increasingly intense competition.In agriculture and tourism fault-tolerant interwoven premise, emerging industries came into being.The perfect design can make this new industry develop healthily and orderly.In this paper, through the re-positioning of Jidoo Zhai, from the basic analysis and design layout research, according to the specific conditions of rural and mountainous areas, the successful design technology application and reference of rural resorts at home and abroad,To design this unique tourist resort resort landscape, hoping to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the landscape design of today's rural resorts.
