带转换层的高层建筑结构抗震性能研究

【摘要】:在如今这个繁华的时代,普通的高层建筑已经不能满足人们对建筑结构的需求。而转换层结构也逐渐丰富到人们的视野当中。转换层结构目前可以满足人们对居住、办公和商业娱乐的需求。从下部大空间到中开间到上部小开间不断在优化建筑并对人们带来了方便之处。在近20年的时间里,我国也进行了对带转换层的高层建筑的研究与设计,并且在转换层方面取得了不错的成绩。本文通过翻阅许多相关的书籍、期刊与文献,收集了大量有关行业的资料,把带转换层的高层建筑作为课题研究对象,通过研读已有的转换层结构成果,总结了各种转换层形式的优缺点,并对比梁式、板式、桁架和箱型转换层的优势与其劣势。分析了其受力机理,通过设置不同转换层位置与转换层上下等效刚度比对结构抗震性能的影响。同时通过运用PKPM软件和SAP2000软件建立模型并且布置结构方案,通过建立不同转换层高度的模型进行分析,当改变转换层高度时对结构抗震性能的影响,包括对结构周期、结构的位移、层间位移角和剪重比的影响。通过对比分析得出结论。最后,通过反应谱分析和时程分析得出结构的相关结论。得出带转换层的高层建筑抗震特征,并且对转换层的选型与结构设计提出建议和意见。并且,在此研究基础上,为以后类似课题的研究提出一些亟待解决的难题。
[Abstract]:In this prosperous age, ordinary high-rise buildings can not meet the needs of the building structure.And the conversion layer structure is gradually enriched to people's vision.The conversion structure currently meets people's needs for living, office and business entertainment.From large space to middle space to small upper cubicle, buildings are constantly optimized and convenient for people.In the past 20 years, our country has also carried on the research and the design to the high-rise building with the transfer floor, and has obtained the good result in the conversion story aspect.Through reading many related books, periodicals and documents, this paper collects a lot of information about the industry, takes the high-rise building with the transition floor as the subject research object, and by reading the existing achievements of the transfer layer structure,The advantages and disadvantages of various transfer layers are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of beam type, plate type, truss and box transfer layer are compared.The stress mechanism of the structure is analyzed and the seismic performance of the structure is affected by setting different transfer layer positions and the equivalent stiffness ratio of the transfer layer up and down.At the same time, by using PKPM software and SAP2000 software to build models and layout the structure scheme, through the establishment of different transfer layer height model to analyze, when changing the height of the transfer layer on the seismic performance of the structure, including the structural cycle.The effects of displacement, interstory displacement angle and shear weight ratio on the structure.The conclusion is drawn through comparative analysis.Finally, the conclusions of the structure are obtained by response spectrum analysis and time history analysis.The aseismic characteristics of high-rise buildings with transfer stories are obtained, and suggestions and suggestions on the selection and structural design of transfer floors are put forward.Furthermore, on the basis of this research, some problems to be solved are put forward for the future research of similar topics.
