大型建设工程项目进度计划的自适应调整方法理论研究

【摘要】:近些年来,我国的科学技术高速发展,在高新技术的带动下,我国对大型建设工程项目的需求日渐提高,但大型建设工程项目由于其自身规模大、工程结构与施工技术复杂、建设协作单位多、施工条件多变等特点,使得在使用传统管理方法时难以达到满意的效果。为实现大型建设工程项目的管理目标,新技术和新方法的运用是解决工程项目管理问题的有效途径,进度目标作为项目管理三大管理目标之一,更是应用的重点。由于分析和评价大型建设工程项目进度的信息数量大且项目进度管理信息随工程所处阶段同步变化,就使得进度计划的调整具有了显著的动态性和即时需求性。针对这一需求,本文以工程项目管理理论和自适应控制技术为基础,对大型建设工程进度计划的自适应调整问题进行了较为深入的研究。在这一研究中,开始介绍了进度的定义、内容及特点,研究了大型建设工程项目特点及其估计时间过长和工期严重拖延的原因,据此引出建设项目进度计划动态调整概念。接着,介绍了自适应控制技术的定义,明确了自适应控制具有稳定性、动态性及准确性等特点,明确自适应控制本质为反馈控制模式,着重介绍自适应反馈控制原理,分析了自适应反馈控制系统主要由比较模块、控制模块和检测模块构成,并明确了自适应反馈控制系统具体工作流程是由输入经比较器和控制器等原件再到输出的系统主线路和由输出、检测模块再到输入的反馈回路构成,整个过程持续不断,直到系统内偏差消失或被控对象状态稳定在期望状态下。再次,进行自适应技术与大型建设工程进度计划问题的相关性分析,明确了自适应控制技术在解决大型建设工程项目进度计划问题的可能性,在此基础上,假设了自适应控制技术在大型建设工程项目进度计划应用的条件,并依据这些条件建立了大型建设工程项目自适应调整规则,为之后建立大型建设工程项目进度计划自适应调整系统建立基础。最后,针对拟构建的大型建设工程项目进度计划自适应调整系统作目标分析和需求分析,明确构建系统目的和实现目的的功能侧需求,在明确系统功能需求的基础上提出进度自适应调整系统需要有数据接收模块、数据处理模块和数据调整模块等三大核心功能模块构成,在此基础上详细分析了各功能模块的工作原理及工作流程,并将三大功能模块进行结合,提出了工程项目进度计划自适应调整系统的工作原理,据此构建了大型建设工程项目进度计划自适应调整系统,并利用工程实际数据对其有效性进行了验证。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology in our country, the demand for large-scale construction projects is increasing day by day under the impetus of high and new technology. However, because of its large scale, the structure and construction technology of large-scale construction projects are complex.It is difficult to achieve satisfactory results when using traditional management methods due to the characteristics of many cooperative units and variable construction conditions.In order to realize the management goal of large-scale construction project, the application of new technology and method is an effective way to solve the problem of project management. As one of the three management objectives of project management, progress goal is the key point of application.Due to the large amount of information of analyzing and evaluating the progress of large construction projects and the synchronous change of the information of project schedule management with the stage of the project, the adjustment of schedule plan has obvious dynamic and immediate demand.In order to meet this demand, based on the theory of project management and adaptive control technology, this paper makes a deep research on the adaptive adjustment of large-scale construction project schedule.In this study, the definition, content and characteristics of schedule are introduced, and the characteristics of large construction projects and the reasons for long estimated time and serious delay of construction period are studied, and then the concept of dynamic adjustment of construction project schedule is introduced.Then, the definition of adaptive control technology is introduced, the characteristics of adaptive control are defined, such as stability, dynamic and accuracy, the essence of adaptive control is the feedback control mode, and the principle of adaptive feedback control is emphasized.The adaptive feedback control system is mainly composed of comparison module, control module and detection module.The specific work flow of the adaptive feedback control system is made up of the main circuit from the input to the output by the comparator and controller, and the feedback circuit from the output, the detection module and the input feedback loop. The whole process is continuous.Until the deviation within the system disappears or the state of the controlled object is stabilized in the desired state.Thirdly, the correlation analysis between adaptive technology and progress plan of large-scale construction project is carried out, and the possibility of adaptive control technology in solving the problem of schedule planning of large-scale construction project is clarified, on the basis of which, the feasibility of adaptive control technology in solving the problem of schedule planning of large-scale construction project is clarified.The adaptive control technology is assumed to be applied to the schedule planning of large-scale construction projects. Based on these conditions, the adaptive adjustment rules for large-scale construction projects are established.The foundation of adaptive adjustment system for large-scale construction project schedule is established.Finally, the purpose analysis and requirement analysis are made for the adaptive adjustment system of schedule planning of large construction project to be constructed, and the functional side requirement of constructing system purpose and realizing purpose is defined.On the basis of defining the functional requirements of the system, it is put forward that the system needs three core functional modules: data receiving module, data processing module and data adjusting module.On this basis, the working principle and workflow of each functional module are analyzed in detail, and the working principle of the adaptive adjustment system of project schedule is put forward by combining the three functional modules.Based on this, the adaptive adjustment system of large-scale construction project schedule is constructed, and its validity is verified by the actual engineering data.
