“十三五”背景下新型小城镇空间布局策略——以威海市成山镇总体规划为例

【摘要】：随着"十三五"时期的到来,国家对城市经济社会发展规划提出新的改革创新指导意见,其中城市空间格局成为未来发展的重要着力点。同时,新型城镇化进程仍在逐步推进。而新型小城镇成为两大宏观背景的交集。在此背景下,以山东省重要的旅游镇——威海市成山镇为例,研究尝试以三类空间为出发点,分析成山镇的空间分类并提出合理的空间布局策略。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the state has put forward new reform and innovation guidance to the urban economic and social development planning, among which the urban spatial pattern has become an important focus for future development.At the same time, the new urbanization process is still advancing step by step.And the new small town becomes the intersection of two macro backgrounds.Under this background, taking Chengshan Town, an important tourist town in Shandong Province, as an example, this paper tries to analyze the spatial classification of Chengshan Town with three kinds of space as the starting point and put forward a reasonable spatial layout strategy.
