既有钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋抗震性能评价研究

【摘要】:近几年来,我国城乡建设抗震防灾工作逐步开展起来,管理制度和相关技术标准日趋完善,工程抗震能力和城乡防灾水平逐年提升,地震响应处置能力不断加强,为城乡安全发展提供了有力保障。为切实贯彻党中央、国务院关于加强防灾减灾工作的政策部署,进一步提升城乡抗震防灾水平,最大限度地减轻地震灾害损失。2016年11月住房城乡建设部印发了《城乡建设抗震防灾“十三五”规划》,各省市也相继开展了对试点城市重点公共建筑物的抗震风险排查工作,旨在摸索这些重点设防建筑物存在的抗震隐患。为推进公共建筑抗震鉴定工作的高效、顺利开展,并基于既有公共建筑中钢筋混凝土框架结构所占比重较大的事实,本文在现有建筑抗震鉴定标准的基础上,针对钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋的抗震性能评价进行了以下研究工作:(1)在对以往地震经验总结的基础上,分析钢筋混凝土结构房屋的主要震害特征及形成原因,结合现有的相关抗震规范,提出影响房屋抗震性能的主要指标,构建钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋的抗震性能指标评价体系,并制定配套排查表。(2)采用主客观综合集成赋权法对评价体系中的指标重要性进行排序。首先运用模糊层次分析法确定指标初始权重,其次提取《危险房屋鉴定标准》与《建筑抗震设计规范》中相关构件的权重系数并加以分析,对一级指标权重进行修正;同时通过结构非线性时程分析模拟结果,对二级指标权重进行修正;最后,得出各项指标在评价体系中的权重排序。(3)在抗震性能指标评价体系构建及指标权重确定的基础上,提出基于灰色定权聚类法的钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋抗震性能综合评价模型,主要流程为:确定白化权函数和指标灰类→计算灰色评价权矩阵→确定指标权重→计算综合评价值。(4)对抗震性能排查表进行数据等权重赋值,将抗震性能评价模型程序化以实现评价过程的快速高效,并对评价结果进行A~D级的抗震性能等级划分。最后通过90年代和80年代两个房屋的实例应用,验证所建评价模型的实用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the earthquake prevention work of urban and rural construction in China has been gradually carried out, the management system and related technical standards have been increasingly improved, the seismic capacity of engineering and the level of urban and rural disaster prevention have been improved year by year, and the ability of earthquake response and handling has been continuously strengthened.For the development of urban and rural security to provide a strong guarantee.In order to effectively implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's policy arrangement on strengthening disaster prevention and mitigation work, the level of earthquake resistance and disaster prevention in urban and rural areas has been further improved.In November 2016, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction issued the 13th Five-Year Plan for Seismic and disaster Prevention in Urban and Rural Construction. Provinces and cities have also carried out an investigation on the seismic risk of key public buildings in the pilot cities one after another.The purpose of this paper is to explore the seismic potential of these key fortified buildings.In order to promote the high efficiency and smooth development of aseismic appraisal of public buildings, and based on the fact that reinforced concrete frame structure occupies a large proportion in existing public buildings, this paper is based on the existing building seismic appraisal standard.In this paper, the following research work is carried out to evaluate the seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame structure buildings. Based on the summary of previous earthquake experiences, the main seismic damage characteristics and formation reasons of reinforced concrete structure buildings are analyzed.Combined with the existing relevant seismic codes, the main indexes affecting the seismic performance of buildings are put forward, and the evaluation system of seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame structures is constructed.A matching inventory table is developed. (2) the objective and subjective integrated weighting method is used to rank the importance of indicators in the evaluation system.Firstly, the initial weight of the index is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, the weight coefficients of the components in the Identification Standard for dangerous buildings and the Code for aseismic Design of buildings are extracted and analyzed, and the weight of the first class index is revised.At the same time, through the structural nonlinear time history analysis simulation results, the second class index weight is revised. Finally, the weight ranking of each index in the evaluation system is obtained, which is based on the construction of the seismic performance index evaluation system and the determination of the index weight.A comprehensive evaluation model of seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame structure building based on grey weight clustering method is proposed.The main flow is: determining the whitening weight function and calculating the grey evaluation weight matrix, determining the index weight and calculating the comprehensive evaluation value.The seismic performance evaluation model is programmed to realize the rapid and high efficiency of the evaluation process, and the evaluation results are divided into the Agna D grade and the seismic performance grade.Finally, the practicability of the evaluation model is verified by the application of two houses in 1990's and 80's.
