【摘要】:质量是项目成败的关键,日喀则地区驾驶人考试中心建设项目处于西藏海拔3800米以上,是由吉林省援建的交钥匙工程,由于项目建设的质量关乎人民生命财产安全、关乎民族团结和吉藏两地友谊,对质量的要求更是非常严格。工程未全面验收时即出现墙砖脱落、楼内地面面层出现不规则的裂缝等问题,对本项目质量问题的研究不仅为项目后续配套工程建设的质量控制提供指导和参考,而且对于其他高海拔地区同类项目建设具有重要的借鉴意义。本文运用质量管理学和统计学等相关理论与分析方法,对质量管理理论和统计结果进行研究,对项目存在问题运用数据统计,运用鱼刺图法针对出现的质量问题进行结果分析,运用项目质量管理原理,对发现的设备质量问题提出控制方案及相关的保障措施。具体的研究方式方面,本文从现存的质量问题入手,对以往存在的问题进行统计、分析,按照质量控制的基本原理,将全过程分为三个阶段:施工前、施工过程中和施工后期三个阶段,形成项目质量问题统计表,用数据方式对现存在的质量问题进行展示和分析,然后利用项目存在问题的五大成因,即“人、机、料、法、环”对质量问题成因进行归纳分析;再次,根据实际分析结果制定质量控制方案;最后,按照全员、全过程、全企业的“三全”管理方式,对质量控制方案提出质量实施保障措施。在研究方法方面,本文综合运用了调查法、统计分析法、文件检索法、鱼刺图法等,来收集现存的质量问题相关信息及数据,并对其结果进行量化的统计和整理。采用历史与实证分析相结合的方法系统分析项目内外部条件及质量管理现状与问题,采用定量与经验分析相结合的方法提出项目质量控制方案,采用规范与定性分析相结合的方法提出了实施项目质量控制方案的相关保障措施。
[Abstract]:Quality is the key to the success or failure of the project. The construction project of Xigaze driving Test Center, located above 3800 meters above sea level in Tibet, is a turnkey project supported by Jilin Province. Since the quality of construction of the project is related to the safety of people's lives and property, Related to national unity and friendship between Kyrgyzstan and Tibet, the quality of the requirements are very strict. When the project is not fully accepted, the wall brick falls off, the floor surface of the building appears irregular cracks, and so on. The research on the quality problem of this project not only provides the guidance and reference for the quality control of the subsequent supporting project construction, but also provides a reference for the construction of the project. And for other high-altitude areas similar projects have important reference significance. In this paper, the quality management theory and statistical results are studied by using the relevant theories and analysis methods of quality management and statistics, and the problems existing in the project are analyzed by using data statistics, and the results of the quality problems are analyzed by the fish-prickling method. Based on the principle of project quality management, this paper puts forward the control scheme and relevant safeguard measures for the equipment quality problems found. In terms of specific research methods, this paper starts with the existing quality problems, makes statistics and analyses the existing problems. According to the basic principle of quality control, the whole process is divided into three stages: before construction, In the process of construction and in the later stage of construction, a statistical table of project quality problems is formed, and the existing quality problems are displayed and analyzed by means of data, and then the five main causes of the existing problems of the project are used, that is, "people, machines, materials, methods," Ring "inductive analysis of the causes of quality problems; third, according to the actual analysis of the results of the quality control program; finally, according to the whole staff, the whole process, the whole enterprise's" three complete "management, Put forward quality assurance measures for quality control scheme. In the aspect of research methods, this paper synthetically uses investigation method, statistical analysis method, file retrieval method, fish prickly map method to collect relevant information and data of existing quality problems, and make quantitative statistics and collation of the results. The method of combining history and empirical analysis is used to systematically analyze the internal and external conditions of the project and the present situation and problems of quality management, and the project quality control scheme is put forward by combining quantitative analysis with empirical analysis. Adopting the method of combining the standard and qualitative analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to implement the project quality control scheme.
