学生与居民协作开展的历史街区复兴设计:专家工作营介入的高梁市社区活化营建

【摘要】：明治大学的城市建筑设计研究室以"专家工作营"的方式用20年时间在日本冈山高梁市这一具有历史意义的地区开展了相关实践,不仅改变了市民的意识,逐步对遭受破坏的历史街区实现了保护性重建,而且应用新的城市设计手法,对当地中心街区的活性化再生做出了贡献。本文对这一实践进行详细介绍,探讨地方公共团体、大学、市民、学生、研究者面对历史街区复兴这一课题的新型关系。
[Abstract]:The Urban Architectural Design Research Office of Meiji University has carried out related practices in the historic area of Takayama City, Japan, in the form of an "expert work camp" for 20 years, which has not only changed the people's consciousness. It has gradually realized the protective reconstruction of the damaged historical block and made a contribution to the regeneration of the local central district by using the new urban design technique. This paper introduces this practice in detail, and discusses the new relationship between local public organizations, universities, citizens, students and researchers facing the subject of the revival of historic blocks.
