两边连接钢—聚氨酯组合剪力墙抗震性能研究

【摘要】:钢-聚氨酯组合剪力墙是一种新型结构形式的组合剪力墙,它是将聚氨酯材料注入双层钢板中所形成的剪力墙结构。聚氨酯能改善钢板鼓曲现象,钢板和聚氨酯两种材料相得益彰。本文将两边连接钢-聚氨酯组合剪力墙与传统钢板剪力墙进行对比,系统研究钢-聚氨酯组合新型剪力墙的静力性能及抗震性能,主要研究工作和成果如下:1.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分别建立新型剪力墙和普通钢板剪力墙的数值分析模型,计算并对比分析二者在循环荷载作用下的抗震性能。结果表明:与普通钢板剪力墙相比,新型剪力墙具有较高的承载能力和初始刚度,具有更好的耗能能力,证明了新型剪力墙的优越性。2.对新型剪力墙进行单调加载有限元模拟分析,研究面板芯材弹模比、聚氨酯厚度、钢面板厚度和跨高比对其抗剪静力性能的影响。分析得到:新型剪力墙中面板芯材弹模比宜选取在103以下,钢面板是主要受力构件,钢面板厚度和剪力墙跨高比越大,新型剪力墙的抗剪静力性能越好。3.通过改变新型剪力墙的参数,研究聚氨酯厚度、钢面板厚度、跨高比对新型剪力墙在循环荷载作用下抗震性能的影响,分析得到:聚氨酯厚度宜取为25mm,随着钢面板厚度和跨高比增大,新型剪力墙的抗震性能越优。4.给出新型剪力墙的初始刚度和屈服承载力计算公式,计算结果与有限元分析结果能较好吻合,并简要介绍了新型剪力墙的简化模型和设计方法,以供设计参考。
[Abstract]:The steel polyurethane composite shear wall is a new type of composite shear wall, which is the shear wall structure formed by injecting polyurethane material into the double deck steel plate. The polyurethane can improve the drum drum phenomenon. The steel plate and the two kinds of polyurethane can complement each other. In this paper, the steel and polyurethane composite shear walls are connected with the traditional steel plate shear wall. The static and seismic performance of the new steel - polyurethane composite shear wall are systematically studied. The main research work and results are as follows: 1. the numerical analysis model of the new shear wall and the common steel plate shear wall is established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the aseismic behavior of the two people under cyclic loading is calculated and compared. The results show that compared with the ordinary steel plate shear wall, the new shear wall has higher bearing capacity and initial stiffness, and has better energy dissipation capacity. It is proved that the superiority of the new shear wall.2. has the finite element simulation analysis on the new shear wall, and studies the elastic modulus ratio of the core material, the thickness of the polyurethane, the thickness of the steel plate and the span height. It is found that the elastic modulus ratio of the plate core material in the new shear wall should be selected below 103, the steel plate is the main force member, the thickness of the steel plate and the span height ratio of the shear wall are greater, the better the shear static performance of the new shear wall is.3., through changing the parameters of the new shear wall, the thickness of the polyurethane and the steel plate are studied. The effect of thickness and cross height ratio on the seismic performance of the new shear wall under cyclic loading is analyzed. The thickness of the polyurethane should be taken as 25mm. With the increase of the thickness of the steel plate and the cross height ratio, the better the seismic performance of the new shear wall is.4., the calculation formula of the initial stiffness and the flexion bearing capacity of the new shear wall is given, and the calculation results and the finite element analysis are given. The results are in good agreement, and a brief introduction to the simplified model and design method of the new shear wall is provided for design reference.
