混凝土裂缝自修复技术试验研究

【摘要】:混凝土在使用过程中会产生裂纹和局部损伤。传统的事后修复的方式已经无法满足现代社会的要求。自修复技术可以解决传统方法难以解决的技术问题,对确保工程的安全和耐久性具有长远意义。目前对混凝土基体、修复容器、修复胶粘剂的选择及相互之间的匹配性,修复容器对混凝土自身强度的影响,修复效果等问题的研究还停留在试验探索阶段,本文从自修复机理和实验方面进行研究,旨在为推广混凝土自修复技术奠定理论基础。以复合材料理论为依据,建立了混凝土中的玻璃管与构件的相互作用力学分析模型,综合考虑玻璃管取向、长度因素,引入玻璃管不规则分布有效系数,导出掺入不规则分布玻璃管的混凝土的应力公式。基于弹性断裂力学基本原理,引入纤维间距理论,推导出玻璃管间距的表达式,分析了玻璃短管体积率、直径、长度、分布方式对玻璃短管间距的影响规律。根据自修复混凝土的作用机理,进行了自修复胶粘剂的粘度、流动性能、抗拉粘接强度、抗弯粘接强度等性能测试试验,根据试验结果选取改性的环氧树脂胶粘剂作为修复胶粘剂。根据前人研究成果选取石英玻璃套管作为修复容器,进行了不含自修复系统、两种不同的数量及布置方式修复系统的混凝土裂缝的自修复对比试验,分析了空心玻璃管数量和布置方式对混凝土裂缝修复效果的影响。对三组标准养护条件下养护至龄期后的自修复混凝土试件进行了修复效果的测试试验,通过抗弯强度、自修复容器中胶粘剂的流出状况、混凝土胶粘面破坏方式、二次粘接后抗弯强度,检验了自修复效果。
[Abstract]:Cracks and local damage will occur in concrete during use. The traditional way of post-repair can no longer meet the requirements of modern society. Self-repair technology can solve the technical problems which are difficult to be solved by traditional methods. It is of long-term significance to ensure the safety and durability of engineering. At present, the research on the selection of concrete matrix, repair container, repair adhesive and the matching between each other, the influence of repairing container on concrete strength, the repair effect and so on, is still in the stage of test and exploration. In this paper, the self-repairing mechanism and experiment are studied in order to lay a theoretical foundation for popularizing the self-repairing technology of concrete. Based on the theory of composite materials, a mechanical analysis model of the interaction between glass tubes and members in concrete is established. Considering the orientation and length of glass tubes, the effective coefficient of irregular distribution of glass tubes is introduced. The stress formula of concrete mixed with irregularly distributed glass pipe is derived. Based on the basic principle of elastic fracture mechanics, the expression of glass tube spacing is derived by introducing the theory of fiber spacing, and the influence of volume ratio, diameter, length and distribution of glass tube on the spacing of glass short tube is analyzed. According to the mechanism of self-repairing concrete, the properties of self-repairing adhesive, such as viscosity, fluidity, tensile bonding strength and flexural adhesion strength, were tested. According to the experimental results, the modified epoxy resin adhesive was selected as the repair adhesive. According to the previous research results, quartz glass casing was selected as the repair vessel, and the self-repairing tests of concrete cracks without self-repairing system, two different numbers and different arrangement methods were carried out. The effect of the number and arrangement of hollow glass pipe on the effect of concrete crack repair is analyzed. Three groups of self-repairing concrete specimens after curing to age under standard curing conditions were tested and tested. Through bending strength, adhesive outflow in self-repairing container and failure mode of concrete adhesive surface, the test was carried out on three groups of self-repairing concrete specimens under standard curing conditions. The self-repairing effect is tested by the flexural strength after secondary bonding.
