空气源热泵群工作环境模拟研究

【摘要】:空气源热泵充分利用了自然资源,并且安装方便、初投资较低,所以它在中国得到了广泛的使用。当空气源热泵机组成群布置时,机组出风口空气易发生回流,从而影响机组换热效率。本文以数值模拟的方法研究不同布置方式、主导风向和机组间距等对机组回流的影响。以单台空气源热泵机组为例,详细完成了本文的数值模拟过程,该过程包括物理模型的建立、网格的划分以及求解器的设置,结果显示单台空气源热泵机组回流情况符合实际规律。模拟分析了布置方式、主导风向、机组数量和机组间距对单排布置机组回流的影响,可以看出:机组单排布置时应尽量采取机组进风口相对布置和主导风平行于进风口的组合形式;机组间距达到1.7m~2.1m时,机组间距对单排机组回流影响可忽略不计;机组数量大于5台时,机组数量对单排机组回流影响可忽略不计。模拟分析了布置方式、主导风向和机组间距对多排布置机组回流的影响,可以看出:机组多排布置时应尽量采取机组长轴进风口相对布置和主导风向垂直于机组长轴的组合形式;机组间距达到2.5~2.9m时,机组间距对单排机组回流影响可忽略不计。分析了某实际空气源热泵机组群的不合理性,用数值模拟的方法验证了未改进前机组群回流严重的结论。提出了几种改进方案,包括:改变机组布置方式、为机组添加拔风罩和将周围挡板下部改为百叶。为机组添加拔风罩的方案改进效果较好,而另两种效果不佳。最终,确定综合改进方案,并通过数值模拟评估了改进效果。
[Abstract]:Air source heat pump (AHP) is widely used in China because it makes full use of natural resources and is easy to install and low initial investment. When the air source heat pump units are arranged in groups, the air at the outlet of the units is easily reflux, which affects the heat transfer efficiency of the units. In this paper, numerical simulation is used to study the effects of different layout, dominant wind direction and unit spacing on the return flow of the unit. Taking a single air source heat pump unit as an example, the numerical simulation process of this paper is completed in detail. The process includes the establishment of physical model, the division of grid and the setting of solver. The results show that the reflux of a single air source heat pump unit accords with the actual law. The effects of layout mode, leading wind direction, number of units and unit spacing on the return flow of single-row layout units are simulated and analyzed. It can be seen that the relative arrangement of the unit inlet and the leading wind parallel to the inlet should be adopted as far as possible when the single row arrangement of the unit is arranged, and when the unit spacing reaches 1.7m~2.1m, the influence of the unit spacing on the reflux of the single row unit can be ignored. When the number of units is more than 5, the effect of unit number on single row unit return is negligible. The effects of layout mode, leading wind direction and unit spacing on the reflux of multi-row layout units are simulated and analyzed. It can be seen that the relative arrangement of the long shaft inlet and the main wind direction should be adopted as far as possible when the units are arranged in multiple rows, and the influence of unit spacing on the return flow of single row units can be ignored when the unit spacing reaches 2.5 ~ 2.9 m. The irrationality of an actual air source heat pump unit is analyzed and the conclusion of serious reflux before the improvement is verified by numerical simulation. Several improvement schemes are put forward, including changing the layout of the unit, adding a draft hood for the unit and changing the lower part of the surrounding baffle to a shutter. The improvement effect of adding air hood to the unit is better, but the other two are not good. Finally, the comprehensive improvement scheme is determined, and the improvement effect is evaluated by numerical simulation.
