基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型及应用

【摘要】：在对能源平衡表中各项数据的来源与口径进行分析的基础上,建立了基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型。计算了2001—2014年全国建筑能耗数据,并将计算结果与相关研究结果进行了比较。提出了区域建筑能耗上下限校核方法。研究结果表明:基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型具有数据获取简单、来源权威、计算简便、易于得到时间序列数据等优点;建筑能耗计算结果与清华大学CBEM数据在变化趋势上保持一致;建筑能耗上下限校核方法可用于自下而上模型计算结果校核或省级民用建筑能耗统计数据审核。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the sources and caliber of the data in the energy balance table, a building energy consumption separation model based on the energy balance table is established. The national building energy consumption data from 2001 to 2014 are calculated, and the results are compared with the related research results. A method for checking the upper and lower limits of regional building energy consumption is proposed. The results show that the building energy separation model based on energy balance table has the advantages of simple data acquisition, authoritative source, simple calculation and easy to obtain time series data. The calculation results of building energy consumption are consistent with the CBEM data of Tsinghua University, and the upper and lower limits of building energy consumption can be used to check the results of bottom-up model or the provincial civil building energy consumption statistics.
