严寒地区典型城市既有非节能居住建筑采暖能耗与节能潜力研究

【摘要】:目的研究严寒地区典型城市既有非节能居住建筑的采暖能耗,分析二次输配管网及建筑本体的节能潜力.方法选择两家供热公司的两座换热站进行实地测试,对换热站、二次输配管网以及建筑本体3处节点进行数据收集,分析采暖季的供暖能耗水平以及各节点处的能耗损失.通过与《民用建筑能耗标准》(GB/T51161—2016)及《居住建筑节能检测标准》(JGJ—T132—2009)进行对比,得出各节点处的节能潜力.结果两座换热站间的各节点处的节能潜力差异较大,换热站的补水量处于较高水平.建筑本体单位面积耗热量平均值为0.343 GJ/(m2·a),85.7%的建筑满足过量供热率,换热站的二次输配管网热损失在20%左右,换热站的供暖能耗平均值为0.37 GJ/(m2·a).结论科学评估非节能居住建筑能耗水平和节能量,加强供热运行的管理水平,按需供热,制定合理的运行调节策略,可以挖掘既有居住建筑节能潜力.
[Abstract]:Objective to study the heating energy consumption of existing non-energy saving residential buildings in typical cities in severe cold areas and analyze the energy saving potential of secondary transmission and distribution networks and buildings. Methods two heat exchange stations of two heating companies were selected for field test. Data were collected from three nodes of heat exchange station, secondary transmission and distribution network and building body, and the heating energy consumption level and energy loss of each node in heating season were analyzed. By comparing it with GB / T51161-2016) and JGJ-T132-2009), the potential of energy saving at each node is obtained by comparing it with GB / T51161-2016) and JGJ-T132-2009). Results the energy saving potential of each node of the two heat exchange stations is quite different, and the amount of supplementary water in the heat exchange station is at a higher level. The average heat consumption per unit area of the building is 0.343 GJ/(m2 / a, and 85.7% of the buildings meet the excess heating rate. The heat loss of the secondary transmission and distribution network of the heat exchange station is about 20%, and the average heating energy consumption of the heat exchange station is 0.37 GJ/(m2 / a. Conclusion the energy consumption level and energy saving level of non-energy saving residential buildings can be scientifically evaluated, the management level of heating operation should be strengthened, the operation adjustment strategy can be formulated according to the need, and the energy saving potential of existing residential buildings can be excavated.
